So I am going to assume that they relate specifically to the London area....What were the stats for those in reciept of 'means tested beneifits'?
I imagine that more than half of those who claimed to be 'single parent households' are actually not being truthful. It is very common to claim to be single whilst claiming benefits...avoiding/reducing council tax ect.
I once lived in a block of flats here in Brum with 12 flats. Of those twelve only I did not live with a partner. However all the women both African and European were officially 'single parent' households.
Whilst working at a CAB some years ago on a form I was checking for a woman of African Heritage I noticed that she'd ticked the 'single parent' box, although she had already stated that she lived with a partner. When I questioned her about this it turned out that her partner whom she'd been with for more than 10yrs was not the father of her children, she thus considered herself a 'single parent' and apparently always ticked the 'single parent box when filling out forms.  Apparently this is quite common forcing many organisations to reconsider how they word the question.
The stats do not speak for themselves they speak for the agenda of those reporting them.
Did the stats break down how many of those who live in single parent households have contact with their absent parent?

Hey sis, can always depend on you to bring some sense of realism and good old fashion logic to the proceedings. There are those who gobble up 'Statistics' as if they were 'Tablets of Stone sent down from a high' without giving ANY thought to them. This is especially true of those whose glorify in anything which portrays African/blacks in a negative light. For them as long as the statistics say or confirm 'blacks are the pits, thats all they need to hear and off they go quoting them left right and centre like some Divine Scripture.

another dodgy stat, a lot like 50% of black men have a white partner - YEAH ALRIGHT! So that means, out of my twin brothers, one of them is dating a white girl!NOPE!
and the classic i saw on a website - 98% of black men under 25 have white partners. I nearly collapsed when i heard that one.
The funny thing is i don't know anyone that has ever been surveyed for these crazy stats.
Now its 50% of homes. if it comes from a 2003 census then the stats are rubbish, since the census was done in 2001. And London is just one place in Britain.
Please present the report, so we can look at it and judge for ourselves how accurate it is.

No as far as the hurdles a child must cross it doesn't matter. A child raised in a home, even with a man present, who is not the child paternal father does not fair better than a child who was raised in a home were not man was present at all. Uncle, Big Brother, or even if the child's mothe remarried.

Statistics are sort of like the bible……..its written down in black and what and interpreted as the readers sees…the thing about number is while you can argue their meaning, you can’t argue them. 2 is 2 and it matter little about how the came came to be in regards to wether it is two or not.

Let me let you in on a little secret Psst “Census information is gathered "EVERY YEAR�….sorry didn’t mean to say that loud.
Normally newly released census data will be two years old…..as the full stats from 2004 will not be released until 2005.
You may do the research as I have did…I will help you though.
-UK General statistics and family
-Census of Population Programme
-Mid-Year Estimates of Population
Be sure to look up 2003, and that search is going to be a little difficult as must will give hard numbers to UK census 2001….good luck.
Now if you look, then you and I can have a conversation on number.....but before you refute number you need to be able to offer more than emotion as proof.

Yes and in any other situation I would agree but for this particular person .......he deserves all he gets......walk into another mans house and show no respect (EXTREMELY UN-BLACK!!!!!) you deserve to be burnt with hot oil before you are publically thrown out. This person is not being attacked because they are American....and/or they are in the military...but because they are an ignorant genetically modified to the highest degree FOOL!!!!!....and since they themselves openly expressed they are a SHOW.....they are being riddiculed like all comedy shows. Furthermore no one can dictate human nature thats why only a idiot would post their entire family potrait on the net for all to see and comment and eventually store for future exposure. If you care to do a search and look at the history of the person you would note that
1. you wouldn't enter a village in such a manner
2. stop look listen and learn from the other members
There are only two options left in regards to this particular person as he has proved himself to be an utter fool is to
A. ignore him (even though he manifest in many post and infects it )
b. riddicule him to your own amusement.....he means nothing to this forum....to this village and to my race of people/family.
