Well since I not long passed through South London I have quite a few for you.
1. I would have to say Ladies who try and squeeze themselves into outfits 2-3 sizes smaller than their actual size.
2. Seeing children drinking fizzy drinks brought by their parents
3. The site of a stinking Macdonalds this one more so than the other rubbish take aways, it has its own distinctive fume
4. People who pay more attention to who they are talking to on the mobile phone instead of watching where they are going. I actually saw a lady climb on a bus first, talking on her phone before her own child who was under 10. On the journey back saw a lady being pickpocketed because she was too busy on the phone instead of paying attention to her handbag. But don't worry people I stood up and shouted  STOP TEEF DEY BOUT LICK IM DOWN
for our non-west indian posters that actually means "There is a theif somebody stop him"

1, When ur walking on the street and somebody bumps into you and doesn't say 'sorry'.....that is sooooooo damn rude!!!!
2, People who stare...
3, People that have conversations in the middle of the street and are blocking half of the walk-way.
4, People that walk too slow....
5, People that TALK TOO DAMN LOUD AND LET EVERYBODY KNOW THERE BUSINESS on there mobile.
6, Idiots that wear t-shirt's or some sort of ridiculous clothing on a cold day like today

I have to add to my list. I just experienced this first one...
Don't call your business, ONE HOUR photo when I'm picking my pictures up 2 HOURS later.
I also don't like it when doctors schedule you at one time and don't actually get around to you until another. If I am suppose to be there at 9 don't see me at 10:15. Same thing goes for Beauticians.
Fellow parents, if the sign on the restaurant's buffet says:CHILDREN UNDER 10 SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT...please stop allowing your 6 year old to fix their own plate and breathing over the food because they're too short for the plexi glass cover.

People who work on Customer Service. You get passed from one department to another, and then when you;re So Mad you let slip One little profanity....They cut you off!
Friends who come round for a visit, then take about four calls on their mobile phone, and send about six text messages.
Shop assistants who chat with each other when you;re waiting at the till...and then serve the person behind/beside you.
The postman who slips a little card through the letterbox to say they tried to deliver a package and need a signature...but you were In and he couldn;t be bothered to ring the bell.

1. People who eat too loudly. 
2. People who talk so loudly on their mobile that the person they're talking to can hear them without it.
3. People who "Ice Grill" or "Screwface" you for no reason. 
4. Walking through a busy City Centre full of slow coaches.
5. People who rap in an American accent when they're actually British.
6. Clubs that play "R&B" and the predictable "Bling Bling" crowd that frequent them. 
7. Areas or Cities that are more than 90% White - "Oh look there's a Black guy let's stare at him".
8. Ja Rule and Murder Inc.
9. People that talk loudly in a library - aka "inconsiderate b**tards".
10. People that HAVE to the wear the latest fashion trend - even when it looks hideous.
11. Loud and hyperactive Secondary School children on the bus, still on a sugar rush from drinking pop and eating sweets at break time. 
12. Girls that beg to link you, but are on a LONG ting when it comes to the simple task of making arrangments to meet.

Pet Peeves and solutions:
Idiots that insist on asking stuuupid questions like; 'is this the back of the queue to the person at the end of a long line.. remedy cuss dem!!
Arseholes who insist on squeezing onto a train carridge that is clearly packed to overflowing, with a big dutty suitcase...remedy slap and cuss dem!!
In the same scenario Arseholes who having barged into a packed carridge then proceed to demand that people 'move down' the carridge; Remedy slap and beat dem!!
The fool in Tunbridge Well who told me he had no size 11/12 shoes without checking first, and then proceeded to look..remedy cuss and slap dem liared..
In sympathy with NuAmerican, those nasty dutty parentswho allowed their children to feel up and handle food with their dutty hands in a self serving resturant..and then wonder why you're going ballistic..remedy cuss, slap and beat dem!!
Lastly for now, dem nasty nasty people who cough in yu face, and don't cover their mout' remedy, hold dem and beat dem!!

1. People who shout my name (at work/street)
2. Parents who swear at there kids when they pick up sweets during shopping( There was 1 blk woman where I work who just speeched her son, telling him he already had some before and he shouldnt be greedy. Nice and diplomatic instead of f'ing hell, f'ing put the sweets down)
3. People who walk slowly in front of me then stop suddenly
4. People who interfere in my relationships
5. Black men's obsession with Music industry when most of them are garbage and Pharrell wannabes
6.People who ask really stupid questions
7. People who wear avirex and hood when your dying in your t-shirt( actually thats not a peeve, that make s me laugh)
8. Girls who say they have to check their schedule/ I might be busy when you wanna link them, sorry but its yes or no
9.Loud school children, people singing, rapping and playing music on public transport
10.Last but not least. Women/men who almost refuse to get over there ex even when a chance of reconcilliation is slim to none( might start a toopic on that)

@ NA - here are Top 10 in no particular order:
1) Dell Customer Service.......never, never call them for a simple question like replacing your modem on your laptop, because they will give u the most impossible run-around, leave you on hold for 30 mins at a time, ask u a billion times for your name/address/email addy etc...transfer you to another department (who will repeat all of the above), and then conveniently drop the line on you!!!! (not surprising, though, since their CS dept is in India and the connection always terrible)
2) People who talk (read: shout) on their cell phone in public areas and want the whole world to know that they are working on a million dollar deal....or that that their woman/man on the other side is sooooo hot. This is not only distracting, it is also very rude
3) Outsiders who are always in other people's business and always have something to say about other people's relationships (often because their own relationship is a mess and they cannot bear to see others happy or even trying to be happy)
4) Poor service in a restaurant. When I go out with my friends/family for a nice dinner, I expect to receive good service, which does NOT include being ignored by my waiter/waitress or being served my food late and cold. I have no problems speaking to the manager and leaving zero tip!
5) children who control their parents in public with tantrums and whining - parents who allow their children to control them in public with tantrums and whining.
6) Road rage or aggressive/dangerous drivers...and people who do not know how to use "stop" signs and roundabouts.
7) people who are always on time for everything and don't seem to understand that life has an in-built grace period of 15 minutes!! After the 15 minutes, then u are late!
8) Neighbours..actually people in general who constantly try to out-do you in every way possible; sometimes it even borders on the silly and the ridiculous! (who cares if u have a brand new fridge which is bigger and better than the one i just bought??!!)
9) writing/speaking badly. Nuff said!
Almost forgot #10!
10) DC Beltway Traffic in rush hour!!!!!! Those of you who know the Maryland/Washington DC/Virginia area know exactly what I am talking about! After L.A. the DC Beltway has the worst rush hour congestation in the US (so I feel for you NA!!). How bad is it? howabout 20 miles in 1-2 hours!!

1. Narrominded individuals who refuse to look at other angle on a situation, or insist inspite of a wealth of information to the contrary that their way is right.
2. People who use the margarine or butter on toast find they have too much, then scrape the butter of the toast, and have the audacity to put the half melted butter and a multitude of crumbs back in the container, and then act like they did not know that it was wrong.
3. People who fart on public transport or who have serious hygiene problems and try to act like they did not know that they stink, or even better look at another passenger and act like it was them.
4. Idiots who launch themselves at lift doors when the door are about to shut, stick whichever body part that they can through the door. Then have the cheek to get upset when everyone in lift is ready to cuss them out and tell them two bad word.
5. Jafakecans and fake american accents.
6. People on public transport who insist that there briefcase or handbag is a human being, and worthy of having a seat and a rest on the only empty chair of the train during rush hour...who then have the audacity to look vexed and act like you have offended them when you have told them to move the rhatid thing.
7. People who read the Daily Mail, Daily Express, The Sun, and The Daily Star, and quote them verbatim as though everything they say is true.
8. Oxford street for all of the following: who are intent on being screwface, looking everyones outfit up and down and even if they are only knee high to a dwarf sashaying down the street and knocking innocent bystanders out of the way. Tourists who insist on walking around in lines of 5 and taking up not only most of the pavement.
9. When men leave the lid up on the toilet seat.
10. Sorry to make people sick hear, but using the public toilet and finding grown women do not understand how to dispose of tampax and sanitary towels properly. Also skid marks literally and figuratively, save that sh*t for your own home.
11. People who jump queues.

Poor customer service...this is for the teen workers at the fast-food restaurants, who think I want bootylicious fries prepared by you after you have scratched your crotch, under your arms, your head and just finished cleaning the restaurant's bathroom, and didn't wash your hands

In no particular order:
1. Rude, impolite people. I'm sorry but saying "please" and "thank you" and even "no thank you" were a MUST at home, my parents would not have it any other way and now I'm the same.
2. People who are rude to those in service, solely because they are working in service. I suppose that's one form of snobbery.
3. People who try to jump the queue
4. People who walk toooooo slow pon street (except the eldely, etc)
5. Foul/absent personal hygiene from my fellow commuters. Thank God I travel out of London to work now, the trains aren't as crowded.
6. Patronising, condescending people
7. Lateness with no reasonable warning, explanation or apology
8. Whingers! Though I'm kinda whinging now, I can't stand constant negativity, especially regarding trivial matters.
9. Mothers who relax their young girls' hair. Why?!
10. Men with long fingernails. Why?!
11. LAZY people at work who can't dash their dutty plate and fork into the dishwasher
12. People who let their dog come and maul you on street and then go "he's only playing!"
I'm sure I could come up with more, but I think that's enough for now.

6. bad wigs weaves hair pieces etc....(some women wear wigs like its a KANGOL cap...sometimes the wig is lean like a rude bwooy cap)
7.police...who just love to pull you over for no damn reason...other than your "young, black and driving)
8. women who think your watching them when u are not... ("whats that sign say...move woman")
9. young school girls who stare (go look your size)
10.all politicians...(i dont vote... because it doesnt make a difference)
