Do I want to be rich? Well, what does being rich mean? Is it having money to buy everything one can desire? Or can we understand richness more holistically, taking into account friendship, good health, happiness?

No. Usually with more money comes more responsibility. So there is an ultimate trade off for acquiring more money....usually you are spending MORE time acquiring this money instead of enjoying life. So when I start trading my life and peace for paper....then I'm the one being cheated.

More money means more choices, so you could choose to pay someone to take on those responsibilities.

I wanna have my own island and call it facetyland, have my own plane and all the cabin crew have to be facety to get the job - the facetier the better. I wanna have my own train that always arrives late and a credit card that charges 50% interest. Bwoy sah me better start play de lottery!

Of course!
When I was a kid there was this TV program called THE MILLIONAIRE. Some super-rich man, this was fiction, would go around giving people $1,000,000 and each episode was about what happened to these people.
Now a million dollars ain't what it used to be. Back then new cars were $2000. So I would say $10,000.000 after taxes.

It is a question of, at what point would more money cease to improve my quality of life?
With $200 million dollars I would have to start thinking about becoming a player in the global economic power games. What African country do I invest in and try to influence the educational system. Might have to play patty cake with the Chinese. That much money would start becoming a hassle, but I would do it anyway.
With $200 million I would have to fight with the Merovingian.

FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES are just that-NOTES.
DOLLAR BILLS are just that-BILLS.
Notes and Bills are promisory. They do not pay for anything, they merely contract TO PAY, PROMISE TO PAY.
CASH IS NOT MONEY.
"If you take out a paper dollar and look at it, you will notice that it states at the top of the "bill": "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE". A "note" is, by definition, an "instrument of debt" and "evidence of debt". According to BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY (Sixth Ed.) "MONEY" is defined: "In usual and ordinary acceptation it means coins and paper currency used as circulating medium of exchange, and does not embrace notes, bonds, evidences of debt, or other personal or real estate." Now this may come as a shock to some people, but those paper "Federal Reserve Notes" are not money and they are not dollars. Federal Reserve Notes are merely IOUs. There is nothing backing these "bills" except debt. However, people (voluntarily) use them as money and as real dollars. The key word is "as". (The smallest words can have the biggest meanings.)"
