this is something that has happened to me and a number of friends. Luckily i found out how old they were before anything major happened, but it should have never have gone that far...
can any females out there tell me why this happens...or any experiences brehs have had with this form of deception...

| Basically, sum girls just wanna seem older and more "mature." The majority of young teens nowadays definately look older than they actually are, so they attract the older bres, not the bres their own age that they probably think of as lickle yutes. Its just one of those things that will always be around.

ummmm... I know exactly wut u mean.... Cuz.. I'm one of these gurls. 
Can't speak 4 nobody but me, so...
I do it cuz most of the guys say I look like at least 16... (I'm 14)
N' we all know that gurls are more evolved (?) than boys...
So why not let them believe wut they want to and
1) have sum REAL fun
2) dance with GOOD dancers
3) the boys know how to do it right (If ya know wut I mean.. :])
4) They look betta + are not so childish

When u get to my age (22) and u got bills to pay, working every hr god sends, ur supporting urself, no mummy and daddy to help u, ur gonna wish u were 14 again. Leave MEN alone and go learn ur books.

exactly iv seen cases like this she think she's doing her self a favour until u get bumped by huge guys in an alley one day then youll calm down.

I look olda than i am an b4 i was less experienced wiv brehs i used to tell the truth bt da reason i lie is not coz i wanna seem olda bt coz if a breh chirsped me infront of his bredrinz an he like how old r u an im like 13 they jus start bennin up so i feel shamed now i say im 14 or...... if there ova choung 15 but i always end up tellin da truth! coz im a good gal!

Well and truly is it not right for girls to lie about their age. But when i was 14 i used2 lie about it simple because when i told people my real age they chooce not to believe me.So what could i do?,i got sick of people who didnt know me telling me that i looked 16-20.People believe what they want to believe.I never lied about anything else just my age unless i wanted to get into a club.
but these factors didnt help
1.i was tall for my age
2. I had the curves and the backside to go with it(still hv).
3.Plus i got told i hv a stush miss tiny winey walk.
When a girl is developed in my experience men dont want to believe they seem to judge age on the size of ur figure,breast etc. Funny enough women tend to see beyond the assets.They look in ur face and they can see that your only young.
But in my experience men are dumb because looking back there have been numerous signs.
I mean the knowledge of a 14 yrs girl to 25+man should not even be on the same level.
But if anyone is in doubt ask for i.d

Yeah I agree with Lexi like.........
......breers are too hungry these days and I do not know why because most of them only want sex from young girls to older ones.
Black males must wake-up and also see that our girls are PROPERLY having none of this SH*T and are having children with other races to aren't Negro especially in todays' society.

i know this has been said already but i have to stress it. Dont be so quick to grow up. Being in your teens at school is the best times as you at got no bills or no serious tings to think about. so live it up as it dont last for long.
i have no sympethy(spl?) for girls who wanna act older then when things go to far you wanna cry for help. Like lexi said alot girls will have the figure and the shape but when you look at the face you should know. Also as soon as they open there mouth you should be able to tell that there 14 not 21.

Well I have to agree that not everyone may be acting like they are in their twenties, but because you hang around with those who are immature doesn't mean you should use that to describe all of us. Well all the guys i know that are over twenty or are close to 25 behave like mature men. So I don't know where you see all these your childish friends. The bottom line is that any guy over twenty is a man. They are no longer kids, even though they may behave like kids. I mean anyone over 23 would have finished uni, if not, in their final year, are you telling me these are boys?

Hmmm...women lying about their age, and other things. I believe that fake-ass mentality is a subliminal complex they inherit after being taught to wear makeup. Just how a person can hide behind a pair of dark glasses, some women hide their identities behind, and, have as many personalities as they do colours of eye-shadow.
On the sex front, I've heard people say 'if she's old enough to bleed she's bleedin' old enough'. Considering all the different legal ages of consent around the world, it begs the question what is the legal age and what criteria is it based on?

Back to the criteria and people talking about the law. Sleeping with a 16 year old in some countries is breaking the law so why is the law different in different countries and does anyone know whether the law and the criteria for that law has ever been defined by a woman?

Read my original post again and see that i wrote i used to lie about my age when i was 14 hence the reason why u should have used the past tense Lied

And i was a bridesmaid for that wedding and the bride thought it would be nice to see me in a bit of make for a change. So i didnt mind doing it. plus I was up that day from 6 in the morning so what ever the hairdressers and make up artist wanted to do i just pretty much let them due to the fact i was tired and never really took an interest in what was going on(untill the food came out at the reception).
