Those are only the ones that eat this stuff EVERYDAY, I don't eat soul food everyday, I make sure I have variety in my diet.

yes its full 'o worms.
and that stuff round the edge (rind) of bacon is caused by PUS. the hog is that full of worms that the meat oozes liquid when infected round the edges, none other than pus.
and to kill the worms, especially the adult worms, the bacon has to be cooked at 500 degrees!!! lmao
thank god im a vegan!!!!

i dont eat sweet stuff really as a rule,
i like:
avocadoes
blueberries
coley fish
spinach leaves
haddock
tuna steaks, not tinned
celery
wild rice
trying to get off soya meat - its way too addictive
strawberries
before i go to work i blend a smoothie with bannanas and strawberries
lunch i tend to bring my own in, i have a fruit and salad mix
dinner, just something light, haddock and grilled veg (tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, courgettes, onions, leeks
and for a treat ill have ackee and saltfish, with homemade bread, and callaloo, even a side order of cous-cous
im hungry now.

yeah im an amateur boxer as well, it all helps,
but i like my ackee and saltfish though.
i don't eat: butter, pig (lord ham mercy!) margarine, mackerel, eels, white bread, sugar, cofee, tea, unless its herbal tea, also dont eat cheese, lambs, beef, or chickens...i eat nothing fried, nor crabs oysters ect
havent always been this good, i used to have my own engineering company, so busy, no excersise, i used to eat 40 rashers of bacon in 3 days, used to buy from local trade store (cash & carry)
had pig for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
my weight balooned to 16stone, had to have a scan on my heart at age 23. as i was getting pains in there. (EEG)
not bad now, 12 stone and fit(ter)

I liked Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese string bean cornbread or Johnny cakes. I don't eat as much fried chicken, but if I do , I eat the White portions of it. In general, I now eat baked chicken. Mom loves her collards and cabbages. I tolerate eating them, but I relaly don't care about neither one of them.

Ah , man. My meal isn't complete without my grits! Yes, yes. I've gotta have me some of that!Most times when I eat grits, I eat them by itself, but once in a while I have them with bacon, eggs, and chicken wings. Some people I know, eat their with fish. Some people think grits are disgusting! but it's soooooo good. I like to top mines with butter or cheese.
