hi jus gt into manchester uni and was just wondering if anyone was there at present or considering going and could give me any info on the black population at the instituion. Any reply would be gratefully appreciated

There are few black people in manchester, the few that are here are mainly international students.You will need to adapt and hopefully get used to it after a while.But that shouldn't discourage from coming.The uni is great and so is the city.

| I'm from Manchester but I dnt go to Manchester Uni. But there is a large Black population in Manchester. From what my friends have said who go there, it seems that there are more Black people in Manchester Met, than the University of Manchester.

i really wanted to go to manchester to do my course but when i applied through ucas it appeared they didnt do my course  now i have just found out they do and i am sooo disapointed  i could kick myself in the head cos i would have loved and i mean loved to have gone there.
