good question Wouldn't the time be better spent learning Spanish or something more useful? for example, the philosophy and opinions of Marcus Garvey or the basics of music theory and practice

Try telling them that eh......in fact the reason we are still being mis educated now is because African parents STILL believes that whitey's education is the best. Their history is more important than ours, so you'll meet Africans the world over who knows more about Churchil or Napoleon rather than Nzingha or Malcolm. This is why The Mis education of The Negro should be compulsory for African children everywhere.....and only being modified a little for students in the Continent with regards to the effect of colonialism.
