Returned mangled, dis-abled

i dont know if you wrote that poem, but to the author i would say your grandaddy was a SURVIVOR in spite of everything HE WAS A SURVIVOR and his children and his children's children are all SURVIVORS, just my personal thoughts, you may or may not agree.

in response to your comment Afrikans in amerikkka are victims of white supremacy not survivors to be survivors means all is over and all is well, when in fact all is not well or over, WE ARE AT WAR, to survive... Uhuru sasa!!!

hi okay i see where you are coming from, but your interpretation of being a survivor isnt the same. Nice writing style i write poetry myself never posted on the forum though, oh and used the we are at war statement on another poem on here , im sure you may have seen it...

well i haven't joined that long myself, i enjoy the debates on here, and the humour of some here on the villiage, anyway keep posting your poetry, i love to read black poetry, there is always something very deep and personal about it, i will see you around the villiage i'm sure
