In all the sorrow and madness of today, I felt the need for a few uplifting thoughts...
For my life and for the shining of a new day.. Rock On!
For family, friends, doing things my way... Rock On!
Im working making money to pay my bills... Rock On!
Making it through the valleys and over the hills. Rock On!
Heard my favorite song on the radio..Rock On!
Logged on to blackchat and dug the poets flow.. Rock On!
Got off early and no traffic on the streets.. Rock On!
Aint gotta fix dinner, got leftovers to eat.. Rock On!
Just bought that new pair of sneaks.. Rock On!
Got a fit to match and it looks good on me.. Rock On!
A new love in my life, got rid of the drama.. Rock On!
Sent the other cat crying back home to his mama..Rock On!
Hope this brings a smile to another persons face. Rock On!
Praying for better times ahead and a better place...
