Punctuational Love
Come, let me undress you with my metaphors,
While you embrace me with your phrases,
Caress me with your punctuations,
As my concepts sing your praises.
Slide my sentence into your paragraph,
And massage me gently with your nouns,
Straddle my elongated participle,
And I'll exclaimate your sounds.
At critical mass in the last stanza,
You'll move to the rhythm of my flow,
You'll shudder with the style of my penmanship,
And paradise is where we will glow.
