I'm sitting here restless feeling scared and hopeless
slowly loosing focus from not making progress
i've been trying for so long searching for success
now pain and misery is all thats left

but what to do i got no clue where do i begin
the hassle of living got my head in a spin
losing hope got me drinking broken dreams got me thinking
what am i trying for but still i wont give up
there a star inside there a light that needs shining
i hope the lord will help me as you can see i'm trying
i'm surrounded by broken hearts and death is multiplying
i'm scared no lying only you know my struggle
so only you i can turn to no one else but you
i nightly pray asking you to show me the way
my only wish is better days help me out and show me a way out.

Dreams
Dreams are made of laughters and smiles
dreams are what encourages that adolescent chlid
dreams that thing we hopelessly chase
dreams are what got us all searching for a
better place dreams can bring fort tears when broken
dreams are what Martin Luther the King spoken
dreams can sometimes over power you to do wrong
but at the same time its the reason why we should all stay strong
most dreams are fantasies we share with eachother
like fairytales we all want to live happily ever after
an individual can achieve a dream
but most of the times it takes a team
it takes more than two
for the dreams of the world becoming a better place
coming through
never give up remember skies the limit
in god we trust in this world of do or die
we shall do what we must
even though we hell bound
we'll keep smiling and leave those who envy to frown

Try to understand
i'm sitting here like a fallen leaf waiting to wilt away
living in this world is too much heat
i guess life is just another day
sitting here restless while the years are getting older
trying to cope and make a change while the nights get colder
an adolescene trapped in confusion
their is too much on my shoulder
looking through my review i see people dying
children crying and crime multiplying
why is our love getting weaker from these last few years
why is there so many wars when the only gain is death
taking life for granted when theirs many so desperate
i experience happy days but only for a while
please try to understand the tears of an no longer inocent child
society made me crazy i no longer fear death
cause just living life is an everyday threat
look at your reflection and try to make a change
only happiness can wash away pain

To My Love
my love for you is like rain soaking you wet
proceeding to the next generation through life or death
w'ell smile on happy days and work above the depts
expressing our emotions holding eachother tight when we go to rest
no relationship is perfect but this one blessed
no more will i isolate my thoughts from you
cause honesty and trust makes a good relationship true
observe my words understand how i feel
this might come to you as a shock
cause it's always been concealed
now iv'e manifes so you could see
my true feelings the real me
and if it's true love so it shall be
all we got to do is try it takes two
and that two is you and i and as people say
true love never die

They aren't bad, they would be better if you concentrated less on rhyming and more on the right word to use. Rhyming poems always seem tacky to me
