For a parent to feed their child a diet of garbage and junk food that makes the child obese, diabetic, and ill before they are a teen??

Yes, I would consider it neglect. You can't let your children beocme so obese.

| It's abuse not neglect. Neglect is when you forget to do something like feeding them or looking after them. These kids got fat because they were actively fed unhealthy things by their parents. Abuse.

You need to remember that the kids tend to be mini (in a manner of speaking) versions of the parents. What I mean is that the parents are usually obese themselves because they are eating the same cr*p they feed the children. Therefore when they look on the children they don't see what we do but 'sweet bundles of cuddleness who favour mummy or daddy'.

This is absolutely incredible! I'm actually shocked by what I'm seeing right now 
These schools have fixed up their canteens and are only serving healthy food now. Some of the mums don't like this and say it's messing with their kids rights and so are SELLING the children junk food from the local fast food joints through the school fence!!!

Shocking
Thats what happens when none of the parents can cook and have been brought up on ready meals. Those woman look like overweight scrubbers
The best example of this was the first ever UK episode of wife swap. Black family cooked, white family didnt. Black family were healthy, white family obese, the mother morbidly so
Did any of you watch Ian Wright's show. I didnt catch it but I remember from the ads seeing a 13 year old black girl who was 18 stones !!!!!! WTF!!!!
If any1 watched it could you please tell me what the story was.

| I don't think that this is an issue of neglect, in my opinion its an issue of CHILD ABUSE, and those mothers buying contraband food for those children up north ought to be arrested and prosecuted...completely irresponsible behaviour..
