Is it me or is this Charley woman one big ass cry cry baby. Havent seen much of it since it started but the catch up show 2nite just shows her blubbering all the time. All the others have ganged up against her as well. Oh what a surprise!!!

no i dont think so actually, i think you must be the ignorant one because you can't seem to acknowledge facts. interesting that you failed to notice or even comment on the other parts i wrote about how she may indeed have 2 black parents, who perhaps failed to ensure she was brought up to be led by the customs of her own afro / carib culture, or that she may simply have got her mentality through friends. you only denounce the parts involving mixed race or white people so maybe its because you are mixed race yourself why you seem to take offence where none is intended, and why you seem to think 'charley' is somehow a regular girl's name with black parents. and why you also apparently think us black people are that much into sun tanning (which is just a process of damaging your own skin!) as she is when for us "getting a tan" is not particularly something we actually aspire to do at all on a regular basis and then boast about it to some white dude she fancies to try and impress him which she did.
fact is us black people are naturally blessed and have absolutely no need for it whatsoever, unlike white people.

Not to be badmind but Charley really looks like a man in drag, but a really convincing one. Something about her face and features look quite masculine. Also she really reminds me of Kemal when she first came in with the twiggy legs and fluffung hair whilst pouting. He used to do that whilst mincing about in his high heels and marga legs that look like twiglets... She probably knows she wont last long in the house thats the only reason Im guessing she hasnt sorted out her headpiece. And didnt get a fresh weave put in or at least finished properley. But hey she dont work so she obviously couldnt afford to do the whole head She must not have f**ked a footballer that week for him to pay for her hair and should could only get 2 packs of yakky instead of 4.... b**chy moi never

| on appearance alone it might be that she is black rather than mixed. some people are unsure however. wouldn't argue for or against with total certainty until her parents are revealed. some people on other mainly white bb forums claim she is mixed race. who knows, but shouldn't be too long before her parents turn up on the show. cos it looks like she will be nominated and booted out shortly. have not had an opportunity to see the show being over here in USA.
But have been intrigued by the feedback on this thread I have been reading press coverage online on this woman and seen some coverage on the Uk channel four site. I'm slowly begining to build a picture of her.
Firstly I don't understand why some of you are trying to denounce her blackness, She is black lol weather or not she is mixed is neither here nor there she is black. This seems to be a a common issue amoung us when we don't like someone within our own race we seem to denounce their blacknes.
From what I can gather she is a highly strung black female that is trying to get famous on a reality show right???????
I cannot see anything particularly wrong with that seeing as we are living in an age where fame is a free for all. It's not about talent now it's about getting in where you fit in.
Those white folks on the show are on it for exactly the same reasons only they will not be as up front as the sister.
As for the womans looks well she is not stunning but she certainly isn't ugly either, Okay will admit her hairdo doesn't do her any favours and she looks like she could do with a proper stylist. As right now she looks like a chimpanzee in a weave. but heyyyyyyy chimps are not ugly they are cute 
Seriously though if she were to fix her hair and put on some more weight buff up so to speak get some meat on those skinny legs which would give her an ass also, I reckon she would do alright.
You brothers and sisters in the uk need to get behind the sister so she is highly strung and has an attitude so what! she is in a house full of white folk bar 2.
She needs to stand her ground you know what white people are like if you play the meek individual they walk over you so what do you expect the sister to do???

don't really know whether or not some may be denouncing her "blackness" simply because they don't like her, but i do think its just as likely because on tv she does at times look like she might be mixed race in some people's genuine view of it, on black and white forums coming from both black and white people. i don't agree though when you say whether she is mixed or not is neither here nor there and that she is black regardless. if being "white" is a term that applies only to those with two white parents, then for me the same has to apply to being "black" also. i don't find it right that some people, usually white but some black too, always wish to lump black people together with people who have such an immediate and strong mix of both races that they are really no more "black" than they are "white". they are neither white nor black, they are a seperate mixed race.
if this girl did have one white parent for instance, and particularly if they played a major role in her upbringing, then imo her life experience and attitude towards black and white issues should not always be expected to be in keeping with those of most black people who have been born and raised by two black parents. i think there is always the potential for that individual's loyalties to be rather divided and if it came to the crunch on certain issues, no black person should really be surprised if they ultimately swayed towards their white side. they can pick and choose at every instance whatever suits them best.
since they are half-white as much as being half-black their particular perspective in certain instances could all too easily be at odds with the interests of black people. in addition many mixed people nowadays in uk at least do consider themselves exactly as described prior, that is neither "white" nor "black", and some even take it a step further by developing some sense of superiority over blacks. so therefore its not for ordinary white or black people to try and force these people who who are only half white and only half black into either group, when in reality they are a seperate mixed entity of their own and because their immediate next of kin is also white they can strongly identify part of themselves with "whiteness" which most blacks do not, at times leading to conflicting attitudes because of some background empathy for whites which wouldn't feel justified to black people.

sorry to disagree again on this one but i personally don't think black people should support another person "blindly" just because they happen to have the same colour skin as us, just for the sake of it. in this day in age especially, you can't judge a book only by its cover. that person for all we know may be a self hater or have such a white orientated mentality as this girl seems to have and stand for things opposite to what most black people might believe in, that they would ultimately make us look like mugs. i do think black people in this country at least have grown wise to this though and i don't think people would support something like that if it not only brings disgrace upon black people but is also very shameless and lacking in any self awareness or self respect.
if that person is not one who recognizes how their behaviour is judged negatively and stereotyped against their race by media and masses of this country either explicitly or sub-consciously, or at least has in mind to do firstly themselves proud as an individual and then their race as a black minority in the media spotlight, then they should be left with the consequences of their own behaviour. although i wouldnt be too surprised either if white people started loving her after a while, cos if there's ever going to be a black winner of this particular show it would probably be one who black people don't like much and can't identify with. i think black people would be better off saving their support for people who are actually worth it, even if those types seem to be rare on such shows. those who look to do themselves proud even if they do have flaws like any other human but at least are such way inclined that most black people can identify with them and who project themselves decently without disgracing themselves would always receive support.
if this girl wasn't so ingrained with the white bimbo wannabe mentality it may be easier as far as "supporting your own" goes, but on the evidence so far i think that's just how she is and its pointless to support someone who thinks and behaves more like white people than anything else just because they have brown skin. substance is what matters and atm she is lacking in that dept as far as anything relevant to black people is concerned. she can be left with the consequences of her own misguided mentality, delusion and sense of self importance. its usually that type who always want black support when it suits them individually but who in terms of mentality seem to go out their ways to be as much like white people as they possibly can and i just don't go for that.

I think that Charley maybe getting a hard time because of her looks by some people on forums because she is not a black/biracial girl with European features. If her features were more European they would probably be rating her as good looking but because her features nose and mouth in particular are typical African features she is rated as not attractive.
People have said that she looks like a man but i just do not see it. It is not the first time that i have seen black girls with African features being described in this way.
About Emily getting kicked out i think that BB made the right decision.
The other day i think it was on Tuesday BB was so funny when they all had to line up in order of attractiveness. Shabnam and Tracey arguing about who should go where was to funny.
