I've only just started watching. I like Jadine's honesty - like sticking up for the woman that left but she does need to tone it down. It says a lot that Suga kept her there because he considered her a 'street fighter' or one of his own type of people. I can see that too - and she looks decent, but she needs to hole it down. That gab is going to get her fired.
~I agree that Naomi should have gone - she should have run a tighter ship. I think Naomi was trying anything she could to get her azz saved, so blaming the other woman (forgotten her name - that got kicked off today) and then blaming Jadine was v. convenient for her. I know what women like Naomi are like- they rely on batting their eyelids to save them - and I think she really tried - at the end when she kept shouting at Jadine I thought it was a pathetic attempt to make herself look like Jadine was handful (which she was!) but Naomi laboured the point a bit.
It did crack me up when the woman that left barely shook Naomi's hand (when they were supposedly good friends before) but gave Jadine a big hug, LOL.

I'd still like to see more of what the others can do. Is it me or does it seem like we aren't seeing as much of the tasks this time round

Tre=Asian=handful/disruptive
Jadine=black=handful/disruptive
This is what happens in companies everywhere. When they see non-white's who are prepared to stand up for what they believe in, they label them a handful/disruptive.

I suspected he wasn't going to get rid of Jadine...it would have been a contradiction to keeping Tre. Alan has been consistent here. I like the way the girl who did get evited had Jadines back saying as far as raw talent goes she is Alan's Apprentice.
lilthuggy - I think Alan loves ruthlessness, it's why my man last week talking about missing his wife and his son had no chance. Also have to remember for many companies out there a black employee is fashionable...you see it sometimes when there is an explosion of black faces in tv adverts and soap operas. When Tim won the Apprentice the first time round any shrewd black man would have seen this as an opportunity to take advantage of this follow fashion ethic we have here...employees would have been looking for a Tim in droves
It's a thin line between the stereotype of being seen as aggressive and the stereotype of playing or being the coorporate coon. In this sense jadine could learn a lot from Tim....saying that...it's about now the system will be trying to test his strength with a blonde

In an interview Rory who was fired last week said...
But at least Tre said everything directly to me, whereas Jadine is a two-faced cow!
Don't let her fool you, she takes people on and throws them out. That girl is just a nasty piece of work.
What you didn't see is that she was trying it on with me and I was having none of it.
I've got a girlfriend and I'm very happy. I didn't need someone like Jadine feeling me up all over the place, flirting and telling everyone how wonderful I was.
Then, when I got kicked out and Tre walked back in, she smothered him with love and Gerri even asked her why she was celebrating that I had gone.

Watched my first episode ast night and Im hooked, why don't Jadine just shut the eff up tho?
I must have shouted that at the screen 20 times last night!
From what the others said in the boardroom its clear that she has good ideas just lacks communications skills.
The girl who got kicked out tipped her to win which i thought was suprising, the team leader should have left, who the hell thought of face painting during the day when kids are at school?
The girl who got kicked off had no chance, it would have been really hard to find a location that would have made her any decent money.
Watching this makes me want to sign up for the next series.

This is exactly how our kids are labelled and positioned in school. They are labelled as aggressive/problem children, but because they are kids and the Teachers hold the positions of power, sadly for them they can be excluded and in turn their futures tarnished. The only difference with the Apprentice is that the candidates can speak up for themselves. You might think I'm being over-dramatic here, but I've seen and heard these things first-hand.
Now, about me-looking for racism? Lol, now that is a laugh if I ever heard one. I don't need to look for it, it is evident all around, in the hierarchical hegemonic way that society is structured.

I have had plenty of experience of disruptive people and, I don't know about the 'race' angle, but these two are certainly disruptive. From what I have seen so far I wouldn't be in a hurry to employ them in my business. Mind you that goes for all the other wannabees on the show. The whole bunch of them seem hopeless to me. But hey it's only the 3rd week right?

I agree, I don't like the majority of them, I'm sure there must have been better people that applied? Although Alan Sugar did say he chose some because they are good and some for entertainment purposes. However, saying all that, Im sure there will be a diamond in the rough, and one will come out shining.

I partially agree with you except Tre and Jadine arent helping their cause by playing into the hands of those all to quick to enforce the stereotypes. Jadine particulary who was actually herself shouted down and called disruptive for pointing out the team leader's inadequacies. However she didnt point them out in a fashion which had any effect other than to back-fire on her. The timing was probably all wrong to turn the screw. She virtually guarenteed her place in the boardroom if the team lost, which they did of course. That cant be a smart way of playing.
It helps if you ooze charisma at times, and less ' In your face energy'. Jadine and probably Tre have no allies left and you do need them in order to win this show.

I was wondering if my 'suspicions' about his apparent....let's say.....'attitude'......toward certain people, (throughout all the different series) was partly down to my stereotyping. But then I figured it probably comes down to the years of experience of working, living and operating among certain types which gives you a sort of second instinct about what lies behind every, comment, glance and facial expression. Respect

So far it's been quite easy to guess who's getting fired...guessd right every week so far. Last week when my man suggested heating up the sausages with his army camp fire solution - what a plank. Then in the boardroom when his team made it known that the sauasges didn't cook, my man tried defending it by saying they browned LOL...absolutely hilarious.
Don't think any of the candidates are good this year. The asian bloke Lohit looks a bit of a dark horse. Looks a bit of a sodomite as well which might explain why he takes a back seat...but he looks like he can do the business when in the spotlight.
I think the Indian lass is gone next, she has done absolutely nothing as yet.
Think Alan believes these are the worse lot yet and frankly someone has to win but he wouldn't want any of them working for him. As is always the case in situations like this, Alan will probably end up choosing the woman with the biggest tits.

All I can say is I hope that horse face freak gets fired next, she is just plain evil, if I was in that house she would scare the sh*te out of me, she looks posessed by the devil!
She will be there for a while though to keep the ratings up, personally she will turn me off the show, can't stand to look at her beetroot horsy face
