Island girl
Actress LisaRaye is on her way to becoming the first lady of Turks and Caicos.
The Caribbean islands' chief minister, Michael Misick, just proposed to the actress, 38, who stars in the UPN series "All of Us." Misick, 39, fell for the beauty a few months ago at the TBS Trumpet awards in Jamaica.
They exchanged E-mails, and it wasn't long before she spent three weeks visiting the 40 islands Misick oversees. (Among the British colony's homeowners are Bruce Willis, Donna Karan and Keith Richards.)
Misick proposed to LisaRaye in front of family and friends, giving her a flawless 10-carat marquis diamond. Since the Turks and Caicos were good enough for the recent wedding of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, they'll obviously suit the new couple. Sure to be at the Dec. 28 nuptials are Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, who produce LisaRaye's show.

| oh my god i didnt know she was 38 i thought she was like my age in her mid twenties or something. She always seems so ghetto and like shes into thugs. i guess its just the roles she plays. wow this changes my opinion of her.
