For all his race talk....Chris Rock admitted to having an affair with white woman....a few years back.
No condoms....she tried to pin a fake paternity suit on him....and extort money from him.......
he didn't fall for it......he took blood test and found out he wasn't the dad....
nobody is perfect...but hard to take Rock seriously after that when he talks about race.......
the people who set him up for this extortion scam...KNEW what type of chick he would get snagged by.

I heard about that white woman thing. I figure you gotta cut him some slack on that. If we dismissed every Black man that went down that road at some point(from "conscious" rappers to "militant" revolutionaries, to run of the mill everyday Negroes) , who would we have left? Sad, but true conclusion, imo.

I hear you....and nobody is perfect, but he was set up and almost extorted because the people doing it knew exactly how to come at him.
Grown man, with wife and kids...been rich & famous for at least 9 years.....losing his mind and having unprotected sex with random woman.?
that's silly.....it's even sillier when you consider his brand of humor and the race of the woman.

I wasn't referring to brothers like u,sugarpie. I was referring to the ones who are mere mortals.
Seriously though, I know there are brothers who don't go there and don't desire to. I'm just saying that plenty of our most militant/conscious types were not able to totally escape the powerful lure of white P****, try as they might.....The taboo aspect of it, and white men being willing to kill them to keep em away from it for so long, is just too much for many. When something is kept from u to that degree, it can give a desirable aura to something that would normally not even be desireable. People tend to want what they can't have, and all of that good stuff.

Gmahogany, I'm not certain that this reasoning can be used anymore.
For the last 10 years or so, the "thrill,h" "risk""danger" of going out with a white woman has vanished in most places in America....with the exception of the klan belt deep south.....
Very few adult Black men are making that decision out of making up for "being deprived"...at least in my opinion.
Generations ago, on a subconscious level, I think it might have been true...but in 2007 for black men under 40......I don't think so.
now Rock is over 40....so he might have residual feelings from growing up...but point blank...the extorters identified hia weakness, set the trap..and Chris Rock took it.....with no condom....like a coon.

No disagreement. It's why I tend to give men Rock's age and older some slack on the matter, but not younger bros. I think Rock is right on the cusp/edge of that old school taboo influenced generation and the younger generation(plus though he's from Brooklyn, his parents are from the South, SC, to be exact, so i'm sure the taboo was passed on/spoken of). By the way, I live in the Bible Belt, Deep South, and I can tell you that the danger no longer exists here, for the most part. Older Crackers jaws still get a little tight about it, but it's expected down here by most people (and it happens in ABUNDANCE), it's certainly not a life threatening proposition in most cases. In spite of that, some of the younger Black dudes down here, still have the attitude that we speak of and act like King Kong did towards Jessica Lange in the movie .....
Interestingly, in many ways the pendelum has swung in the opposite direction. I mentioned this on another thread. In some ways, white men(particularly 45 and under) almost seem relieved when they see a Black man who is into white women. It's like they instinctively know that that type of Black man is not likely to be "anti" white, and not likely to be the "angry" Black man, and not likely to be a threat to them. Plus, it adds to their sense of smug superiority, in many instances, and if all else fells, and the Black man in question does start talking about racism or white folks, or decide to "get conscious", they know they can always throw his involvement with white women up in his face, like they did Charles Barkley when he started talking sh*t about white folks, back when he played B-ball.

I wanna know what a "classy white woman" looks like. I can only speak for myself, but without makeup....all these Caucasian chicks look the same...and they don't let you put on makeup for mugshots..The "classy white women"....tv stars and such...when they get arrested......and booked..their mughsots look eerily similiar to this woman's picture.
