That character btw was named 'Baby-Faced Finster'. In fact as lot of the site-gags were actually ripped right out of the cartoon script!
it's ashame this movie was SO BAD! It could really have been wonderfully hilarous the way that 'Gremlins II: The next batch was', which also played on the WB cartoon punchline-but suceeded in that maintained an originality with the same flair; the "turn out that light!" gag was completely draining and turned me off of the whole film. Besides that, the Wayans played too closely with allusions to pedophelia and child abuse-They just failed to parody the fine line between 'child' and 'adult' successfully and the whole thing turned out to be questionably offensive.

I think we might as well accept it. The Wayans brothers are going to keep getting money to make these movies.
It's just that America is comfortable looking at "Black" folks making fools of themselves.
