Watched The Terminator again (the first one) and noticed when Arnie says 'I'll be back' and drives his truck into the police statition, the screen brightens up to indicate the arrival of the truck but the truck had it's headlights turned off.
Watched Predator again (the first one) and when carl Weathers gets his entire arm shot off by the alien, you can see it strapped behind his back.

watched Carlito's Way..again
at end of film ..when Pachanga and benny blanco are about to leave....
Pachanga closes his eyes before benny shoots him(the exploding pack that supposed to indicate him getting shot made him close his eyes so the stuff wouldn't get in his eyes)
seeing as how he wasn't supposed to know he was getting shot, him closing his eyes is a blooper.....
