She is now a very talented actress. But when she was a teen actor on "227" playing Brenda Jenkins, she couldn't act her way out of a paper bag.

Films like Cradle 2 the Grave for instance.
You have a dude who's only 5'2, normal build, you never see him doing any kind of training whatsoever and probably hasn't done for goodness knows how long....but the minute he's surrounded by a group of muscular dudes nearly twice his size who are professional fighters, I'm supposed to believe that this little guy can kick mans in the air, break their arms with one chop, pick them up and flip them over until they're all lying on the floor mash up....pleeeze!

| Also movies where the good guys are so damn geeky and annoying and the villains are cool, you so badly want the bad guys to win and just kill off the good guys but you just KNOW the bad guys will lose. There was a film Sidney Poiter was in and I badly wanted the villains to just finish him and his crew off.

| those friggin cop films wen one guy is black and the other is white ye, and the damn black always flops and either gets injured really bad or is dying ye, and den his white partner goes ' i cant go on without you man', then the white guy goes and rambos all the bad guys and wins the day, and im lyk "get the f*k outta ere!" I hate when
-Any All American female is shown to be blonde blue eyed and speaks like she's reading badly off autocue
-Films like lion king where the bad guy is typically british
-Films with Anthony Anderson acting like a cheap over rated version of Cedric the entertainer - not a bad actor but starting to get annoying whn not only do I have to put up with him in EVERY other black movie but also the mainstream ones too
- Unnecessary sex scenes like the one in 8 mile- Big Wow - that added lots to the film
- Moral crusade plots that go to great lengths to tell us something that could be said in a 15 second advert without anything called creativity i.e. legallly blonde- blondes aren't dumb
How about Offically black? Would someone make a film which says we are a hegemonic force within the mainstream oppposed to ghetto bunnies and slavery lovers. Michael Moore please be our new spike lee
- The use of Australian actors/ actresses to play British characters
- Subsequenly dislike most movies featuring nicole kidman - someone with an aversion to tea stain let alone sun
- Most movies post matrix who use bullet time...PURLEASE thats more played out than the Wayans movie making ability including Kim Wayans
- Rappers who can't even make a 30 second cameo as themselves look good

Being tired while waiting up to watch a film in an hour and a halfs time at say 11. Remember seeing 10:57 but never saw any of the film
Falling asleep at the start of a film and waking up to catch the credits

@All. We know why directors do it but does it piss me off BIG TIME. Example the Hills Have Eyes. Why oh why oh why...Does the woman have to sream her rass out when their trying to not attract the monster/mutant etc.
Why cant they be scared in silence and not wake up the whole crew of mutants..
Makes women look bad or stupid. I end up cussing out the screen (a la Safety Blitz's observation) and usually end up arguing with the wife..Eg bloody idiot woman I would have strangled her myself...
But shows the directors got me involved though

| I hate movies that end suddenly like "Inside Man". The film was great overall, but ended without any real resolution. Kind of was shocked when the lights went on and the credits started rolling. Hope Spike Lee thinks through the end a bit more on his next movie.

What about those movies about ancient Egypt and the queen is always white and the servants are black like tar. Yet they can never rule, even though in very scene they out number the white people. Amazing innit??
What really pisses me off the most is ancient history epics like Alexander the conquer where by he alone could of traveled so far and so wide to advance western civilization. When you have just down the road Egypt and the pyramids. they sell to us that Egypt never had maps that go that far, and yet we are suppose to believe this mess! N****r please!!!

what pisses me off.
lets see totally wrong predictions of future events and technology. i saw this movie time cop a few weeks ago. it was made in 1995 and set in 2004. they had some futurictic tank type car the sh*t was funny and ridiculous. they never get it right its not much years btwn 95 and 2004. i can do better scripts than these people and have better more realistic ideas.
another thing was the whole computer age films btwn 93-97 everything was virtual reality. johnny mnemonic the worst film ever.
hollywood pisses me off anyway.
