i think most of the things here are necessary in a particular film.
Could you really imagine a Bond film where the villain kills Bond at the first available opportunity, without telling him their detailed plans, giving him blueprints and acvess to a fax machine to let MI5 know whats going on. Its just part of the film. lol
Stuff that annoys me. Its gotta be the splitting up part when there is a killer on the loose. I aint splitting from nobody with a maniac on the loose
On that theme, one of the biggest cliches/annoyances is when you have a real 'refined' deadly killer and you just know that no matter how they drag it out, the heroine will not die. Doesnt matter how contrived the situation is, they will find a way to get her to safett

Over complicated evil plots.
That Jackal film with Bruce Willis. WTF was he thinking of with a remote controlled cannon? Most real life snipers use a frigging rifle and be done with it.
Transporter two. Big complicated designer virus with scientist and bullsh*t to kill ONE room full of police. Why not use a frikking bomb like any respectable terrorist?

-When the heroes are about to do something action filled and exciting and then you have that one person saying.."i dont think this is a good idea"
-When the hero feels they should be "morally right"
-When the bad guy takes forever to kill the hero
-When the villian decides to reveal his genius plan before killing the hero..then it all flops and the villian is like..how did you know?
-When the hero gets saved moments before his/her death...i mean 100th of a second before
-When the villian beats up the hero for about an hour..then the hero gains this super human strength out of nowhere because he/she thinks of their wife/husband or their daughter/son or their dead partner who was killed by the same villian
-When something the defies the laws of physics happens and everything goes to plan

-In horror movies when they do horribly grotesque seens just to do it, I don't need to see the hook go through the guy's neck and then all the way up to his eyeball.
-When they make black people unnecessarily barbaric (just wait till yall see waist deep)
-How people can shoot for hours without reloading, no matter which gun your using
-How in most black movies, the brother with a suit on is either an adonis with a seven figure salary or a sell out/dork
-How Marlin and Damon Waynes keep making movies (Little Man? seriously?)
-Middle class black people don't exist ANYWHERE! They're either poor or rich.
-How the bumbling neurotic guy is always Ben Stiller (sometimes he's kinda funny tho)
-How people never take showers unless they're about to be killed and/or have sex
-How rich black people are always one of four things, a doctor, a lawyer, an athlete, or an music artist
-How rich black people's family members always ask to borrow five dollars
-How they make some unattractive woman the main love interest of the movie (Angelina Jolie is not that attractive)
-That if you take the music out of a movie it becomes unwatchable
-That no one ever needs to use the bathroom unless it for some comedic reason

You can't complain at people not using the toilet or taking a shower... There's no need for that in a movie. What would it add to the story?
Though I remember in the TV show 24 somebody asked Keifer Sutherland when Jack used the toilet and he said "during the ad breaks"

- When they have to fill people in on whats happening excaliming things that would otherwise be obvious.
- Somethings blow up and others don't.
- Ducking behind cars as though car doors stop bullets... they don't, always wonder how many people have died thinking they do.
- Baddies bad aim and the good guys perfect shot.
- Predictable story lines. I play a game, ''Predict it'' when watching certain movies.
- Rated 18 films that should be rated 15
- Films that would otherwise be good and serious but to make money are downplayed and rated 15...
Being 'revolutionary' I've noticed that the bad guys usually have a decent cause... I mean, take X men for example... whos side would you be on not forgetting present day social issues?
Am I supposed to side with the goodies... acting like police with superpowers, all Protect and serve. Don't see none of them taking down gun merchants and evil trading policies... smashing into government buildings to stop the signing of unfair bank loans or flying around freeing people from extortionate tax rates... So what if the baddie has a grudge and wants to destroy a whole city  Like superman with his subliminal all British/American Red white and blue. YUK! 
I wanna see more films where the baddie wins and takes over the planet cause thats whats happened already, maybe he won't suffer from an inferiority complex and go a bit easier on things...

| What gets on my nerves is the typical cliche endings of the lead characters who are bad man at first but learn the errors of their ways and turn over a new leaf. Then when they're about to embark on a new life something tragic happens in the end because their past finally caught up with them.

When you have 100 people firing at one person and they all miss, yet he manages to gun down each and every one of them!!
When a couple will get down and dirty with each other, yet when they're finished and laying in the bed the woman is covering up her titties with the sheet up to armpit level. She gone shy all of a sudden? 
When they use those brick mobile phones that have that same ringtone in every film, and when they answer it you hear that same beep everytime.
AA movies where everyone is either poor and in the gutter or everybody is professional, rich and beautiful.

^^ Yeah, thats another one for me. The lack of experienced people in (mostly American) soaps is probably why theres always so much trouble, they're all too busy saving for plastic surgery when they're older wouldn't be surprised if the programs/sitcoms are sponcered by surgeons to make people feel insecure about themselves and get more clients. The CSI ones are the worst, they're all about 20.
i merely tolerate his presence if its a really good film like shawshank redemption.
IMAO! Hes not that bad, kinda sticks to his chatacter I guess, dosen't change much. Hes better than....

What pisses me of in the movies? After the intermission tell you NOT to have your cell phones on( Loud) in the movies, there are some nit wits who come in there and the phone is steady ringing like were deaf or something 2) People who are being foolishly loud in the theatres and out of it 3) I don't want for anybody on here with children to feel that I hate kids as I'm really fond of my three young nephews, but I just hate it when people come in there with their babies knowing good and well that child is going to be crying at anytime 4) somebody on here mentioned about the high cost of buying snacks. I hate that too! and 5) Lastly, about a year ago I went to the the movies and I was just enjoying myself when all of a sudden, the fils stopped----and melted!I'm not joking, either. On a second occasion, the film, stopped, came back on them stopped again. I don't like that as well. Boy do I miss the good old days of the drive in theatres.

Far as the films, I hate it when A movie like the Lord of the Rings seem like they play for an eternity. I hate it when the good guys( forgive me ) are always winning in the movies, when a character of a picture goes through all sort of hell( eg getting shot by 7 million bullets like in a lot of Clint Eastwood movies) and he mysteriously survives the whole thing. I'm also is getting annoyed with these movies that have part one, two three and 700. My god! when is is going to all end?

I have got to agree with you on this......why in the hell do people still have the riner on in a cinema really defeats me.....especially after several warnings to turn the damn thing off have been flashed on screen..

1) On the stupid screaming chick running from the bad guy/ jason/freddie tip...
she runs to the kitchen and grabs one fricking butter knife to protect herself... puhleeze, I would be grabbing five or six out the butcher block and sticking scissors in my bra as backup (of course the bad guy knocks it out her hand about 1 inch from the edge of her fingertips, you know the rest)
2) Needless and endless fight/ battle scenes-- worst offender: Lord of the Rings trilogy... flippin heck!!!
Return of the King had about 2 hours of battles...my next beef is when they had the long drawn out Ewok type ending... I was praying for death by that point.
3) Thrillers where the protagonist has to confide in someone who is either in collusion or the actual bad guy... ffs, shut up and stay suspicious!
