I have heard this trailer is fake
I have a hard time beleiving that but my brother is a super comic book geek( 1000+) and he swears its garbage, using scenes from Mummy, Spawn and Alien
I aint seen none of them films so I cant comment

i been readin comics since i was 6...
my favourite comic book movie thats a hard question... because ive been reading comics so long... i expect certain thngs.. that a guy who doesnt read comics wouldnt expect (im sure drunk will agree with me here) ... because i know bettter.. well comic wise...
so i dont have a favourite so to speak.... but some are better than others...
spiderman is.... aight.... but very flawed... eg.. in comics maryjane is hottt model.... actress... kirsten dunst is how do u english people say... butters... in comics... peter parker..has hin hands full with financial worries.. bullies at school... his antagonistic boss.. etc... and in a waaay back distance girls im talkin the premarried peter anyway...
peter was actually kinda forced to date maryjane... by his aiunt who kept tryin to set him up on a blind date with her...
..
in the movie it seems its all bout.... butterz kirsten dunst....
which makes it soppy....(barf)
one thing about spiderman that i can appreciate though is that it stays true to the... chracters powers..
***hulk is good... as in the movie he exhibits the same powers he has in the comics... and mannerisms
***daredevil in the movies was also close to his comic book alter ego

I knew the clip was fake the second I saw it, but when I posted it on another forum everyone went all doolally over it lol.
Yeah lucas you're right about the x-men films making the worse choice of actors for the characters. Halle Berry damn sure ain't no Storm (Nona Gaye or Angela Bassett are better choices) cos she's just some mixed chick with a horrible wig that looks like she came straight out of a mardi gras festival and the dude that plays Magneto don't even have that many years left on the planet as it is.

Spiderman movies and Batman begins(the best, well the ONLY good Batman movie) pass. X Men sucks, Fantastic 4 was okay, alot of room for improvement.
How did the concept of Spiderman start? Does anyone think it may have derived from the African stories of Spider/Ananci, like how the Matrix story was stolen from the black female author who wrote the script. Because Peter is more of a thinker and used wits also like Spider/Ananci did. His powers are not always the main focus like superman or xmen(accept for professor X).

And a mystery third not revealed by Marvel yet. Most of the forums seem to be sure that it will be the Lizard because Doc Conners featured cameo roles in the last two movies. Rhino is the other likely culprit and the outside bet is Black cat. Yeah I know she ain't a baddie but Psylocke in X men isn't either but movies change stuff lol. Anyway people seem convinced the fourth is gonna be Lizard but that ain't official.
Others it could be but are unlikely... Carnage, Mysterio, Hydroman, Electro, Vulture, Kraven, Kingpin, Hammerhead, Tombstone blah blah blah blah

Spiderman based on Anansi... it could be, guess it is, but theres a Native American story that they play with as well... the Spider Lady in the webs of the universe. Guess Spidey could be Anansi but the Native American story is weaved in... I forget the myth, something to do with mankind being trapped in a cave and a spider goes out to save them or a spiderlady saves them.
Don't you think the films are playing catch up Lucas? Don't forget Rogue gets her abilites after fighting other heros... her streangth after a battle with Juggernaght... her flying after she fights some lady, forget who but she becomes her arch enemy cause she looses her ability to fly. They've messed the format up completely going back and forth with heros story lines, Jean shouldn't turn into Pheonix so soon (XMen 2) from what I remember its not until later she becomes pheonix and shes always stuggling with her powers, ''I can't hold him for much longer!'' blah blah... could be wrong though.
Venom = Space Melanin btw.
Shame Marvel couldn't handle Spawn, they must be kicking themselves loosing out on that guy. One of my favorite heros.
