OKay I got a bunch, but I'll stick to five.
1. Pretador-Alan Silvestri
2. Destroy all Monsters-Akira Ifukube
3.The Hot, the Cool , and the Vicious-Opening Credits
4. Dawn of the Dead-Zombie
5. I'll just leave five open for ny number of themes. Keep in mind that my choices may or may not include several themes or an entire film score.

The Drunken master fight one is heavy gotta big you up for that. Also the Hand of death theme tune is memorable. Always makes me wanna scuff!
The good the bad the ugly is probably my favourite. When Tuco is searching the graves, and when they have their 3 way shootout at the end. Chilling music.
Somebody gotta say Shaft so I might as well LOL
Scarface is an overrated movie but the theme tune is nice.

DM, that music from scarface opening was so hot..mobb deep and nas used it a few years back on "Thug Life is Mine"
Don't know if this is a favorite in that sense..but in the assasination scene in Malcolm X... they played Sam Cooke's "a change is gonna come"...and the song and scene pull tears out of your eyes..
