Nah. I actually think she will be a good mod. Very fair on most things and not going to be pushed around. Good values system and won't tolerate any slackness or degrading nastiness.

@Kunjufu. Bro two points. Spend a lot of time assessing our people or people generally. Especially in placing and developing people for particular projects or task. Secondly also apply the same practice to our village here.
Very good choice I would say and also got good black values but flexible enough for most people.
