I can only reiterate what others have been saying which is, I am deeply sorry for your loss.

They say everything happens for a reason so don't believe your child died in vain.

Jah bless.

For the first time today, I actually felt alone, drained and tired. I'm tired of being strong and I cannot bear it anymore. If I was back home, I would have my mom, telling me everything is going to be ok, my cousin telling me to put my feet up, my numerous aunties give me loads of advice on how to deal with my parner. But I'm not. Life goes on. I went to Tesco's this morning, the girl smiled and was polite as usual, but felt like screaming, do you know I have just lost a baby? Then I remembered, behind every smile, behind every letter typed, there is a personal story, one that makes yours look like a walk in the park. I'm young, and there will be more pregnancies, I will have another baby. Now, was not the time. Now is the time for healing.

Funny how I have found solice in faceless strangers: every single one of you that have PMed, phoned and given me words of encouragement, I thank  each and every one of you. Life goes on. I thank you.

But remember, before you type those words of anger, we all have our personal journeys and for some, BNV is the only place that one can just be.

I rarely checked this community forum but the topic caught my eye today when I was scrolling down.

Sorry to hear about the death of your Baby Gazelle. Stay strong and don't loose faith. I know things will have been easier were you to be in Africa with family and friends coming to help. But alsas, we are in the West with few families, but neveretheless stay strong and keep moving. There are certian things that happen in life beyond our control and the only thing to do is to have faith. Rest in peace the unborn Child.

It's understandable for you to feel like that.

To sound cliche'ed, it will get better with time, and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

My sincere condolences

I suffered the same fate a few short months ago, and this MB was good (and bad) in helping me to deal with my loss.

Don't hide your feelings or clam up, let all the pain out in any way that you choose, it really is the best way.  If you feel like screaming - SCREAM!

Continue to think positive as you have been doing.

Keep you head up, God bless.

M x
