Anyone gonna go, it is likely to be one of those count the Africans attending things?
On 28th May the South Bank will be taken over by the powerful variety and vibrancy of African culture. Members of the public will be thrilled by a range of African music, dance, food and crafts.
Sunday May 28th will see the Out of Africa festival back on the streets of London, following it's success as part of Africa 05 last year.
The mission is to spread the fullness of African Culture far and wide Out of Africa.
Expect outdoor performances, arts and crafts for sale and display. drumming workshops, fine cuisine and laughter, to form the culmination of the nearby London African Music Festival at the Royal Festival Hall.
The LAMF is in it's fourth year and takes place between Friday 19th and Sunday 28th May. The festival is aimed at African music enthusiast and those who are novices and experimentalists too.
Hear and experience musical inspiration from the whole African continent. On the bill find live performances of dance, word, song and sound. Some of the highlights of the ten day festival will include Queen Salawa Abeni; The Master Drummers of Africa and Kofi's Afro Jazz

And on the last day of the music festival, a special treat: Out of Africa should transform the South Bank into an African Bazaar and street festival with a London twist. With over thirty stalls featuring traditional African fashion, arts and crafts, there will also be traditional African food and drinks on sale from Jollof Pot and Manjaro Kitchen.
Hosts for the day are DJ Edu of Destination Africa from BBC 1Xtra, supported by DJ Eric Soul of Afrogroove. Showcasing live entertainment acts such as Nzinga Dance with traditional African dancing and drumming, street dance by G-Force Productions, Gospel singing by Gem Productions, Charles Boyenga's Congalese Rumba and Afrobeat Jazz performed by Sooth Sayers.
Out of Africa brings the joys of Africa to the streets of the South Bank, once again profiling the vibrancy and richness that is Africa in all its splendour.
