Greeting my family last week I just receive my signed copy of a new book by a brilliant young author called Milton G. Allimadi
The book is about the racist stories about Africa and who conjured up the images of a vast “inhabitable swamp land� with “barbaric tribes� who are intellectually, physically and morally inferior to the white man and has made no contribution to the worlds history culture and scientific developments. The author cover 500 years of reporting on Africa and includes some private letters of how these people really felt about Africa and African people.
With the benefits of our grand master teacher’s historian the truth is a little different and if you do not believe them just take a trip to the British Museum and you will see some of the grandiloquence of African Kingdoms.
This week I receive an email from the author saying he will be in London and speaking at the London School of Economics
Milton Allimadi will present from his book, “The Hearts of Darkness, How White Writers Created The Racist Image of Africa,� (Black Star Books, 2003) at the London School of Economics, Old Building on Houghton Street, WC1., Thursday May 11th at 6pm in Room: S221.
Allimadi will discuss how Western media’s “tribalization,� of Africa still bedevils contemporary reportage and he will invite the audience to challenge and fight racist depictions of Africa/ns in Western media by challenging editors and publishers of major newspaper and producers at major television networks.

The people who raised us taught us to hate Africa....
AND AFRICANS have to create images and stries that tell the full truth about the complexity and diversity of Africa.....
the false image is the only image that is widely seen or heard......Africans need to counter that with another alternative view.....
a lot of actual ignorance(meaning not KNOWING) is what allows the current media fed image to be BELIEVED......
The Africa channel, is a step in the right direction......you can't just tell people that the white man is lying, you have to show them the truth..for yourself..

All you hear about Africa, is the poor children, and people " which is true", Men traveling from the UK, or US , and other countries, abusing , and using children, and teens for sex.

The guy introduction is very interesting it contains the problems he had trying to get his masters degree thesis published even at the places which are called the bible of journalistic integrity. They would not touch his paper and it reminds me of the problem Grand Master Teacher Cheikh Anta Diop PhD dissertation which was rejected twice that Kemet was an African civilisation.
In one letter he finds a New York Times reporter saying he would prefer to speak to cannibals than to Dr Kwame Nkrumah In fact every time an African country was struggling it independence these devils would create stories about sorcery, witchcraft or cannibalism to counter the joy of breaking out of the colonial yoke
This is how they reported on the Mau Mau revolution led by Jomo “Burning Spear� Kenyatta
"The Kikuyu, a trading, and intelligent but somewhat uncongenial people, came under the influence of Kenyatta, a demonic figure with extreme left wing views "The driving force of the Mau Mau movement was, nakedly, power; and the expulsion of the white man.- its methods of gaining adherents were the methods of African witchcraft. The Mau Mau oath is the most bestial, filth and nauseating incantation which perverted minds can ever have brewed. I am not unduly squeamish, but when I, first read it was so revolted that it got between me and my appetite.
This is the same job today they do with the His Excellency the Honourable Robert Mugabe who has slapped the white man in the face and taken African ancestral home land and given it back to the indigenous people.

^ That a debatable one though. No need to burn down places and beat down the opposition even though I can see that he want land reforms and fears the opposition might 'yessir masser' there are better ways of going about things I'm sure.
The book sounds intresting, -a demonic figure with extreme left wing views- made me crack up, a better comparision would be the communist fears of America duing the 'cold' war, evil socialists. lol (not that communism is all good)
Books like this need to reach the masses. Definatly going on the 11th.
