I JUST HOPE CHINA HAS BETTER PROSPECTS FOR AFRICA THAN EUROPE HAD ,
EUROPE HAS BLEED AFRICA DRY AND GIVEN NOTHING BACK .
THIS COULD BE THE REJUVENATION WHICH AFRICA NEEDS TO ADVANCE IT`S SELF ONCE AGAIN INTO THE DEVELOPEMENT OF MANKIND .

| My question is where is this money going to exactly? Is it going to go to the people that need it, or is it just more money in the pockets of greedy corrupt leaders. Somehow me thinks the latter. Also i trust asians even less than europeans. Atleast europeans can be held accountable and made to feel guitly because they took slaves and colonized africa. But asians? Specifically the West (really narrowing it down to US) is using China to pillage Africa. The West does not want to be globally known as the only exploiters of Africa.

China has been soft in its WTO position and is trying to build momentum for the next meeting to boost some gains about. China wants to show that it can be apart of the BIG BOYS club too.

However, it still has not taken on the leadership role many observers believed it would assume when it found its feet in the organization. China's limited role is evident in its non-membership of the so-called G6 group whose periodic informal meetings generally are regarded as crucial to progress in the Doha Round. Although China is a founding member of the G20 group of developing countries, it has shown little interest in providing leadership.
China focus or attention is on the G6 group and not its founding G20 group.
