On the whole I would say yes. But you arn't going to be doing too much harm if you just checked your emails or something like that.
Completely hogging the line or hacking though, thats ver wrong. But I guess it will teach people to be more careful.

Morally wrong? Morals are fickle things, and people could do without them.
It's just wrong.
If people knew right from wrong in the first place then they wouldn't need to have someone elses moral guidebook.
'Do not hurt'. You certainly don't need morals to realize that, that is wrong.
