i need an ipod in say 2 wks well as long as i can get one during may. i want to be able to put my whole cd collection on there and all new songs ala downoads
where is the best place to buy from and do you trust ebay for such a purchase. i think i should aim for 30gb, i might settle for less depends on price
is ebay safe to buy from

i think i posted a link somewhere earlier in the thread to a 30gb Creative model from Amazon. Amazon sell well below the RRP and when my paltry 1 gb gives out, this is the model i will get.
While i love ebay for most things, i wouldn't buy something like this from them. MP3s have a habit of developing problems and you need a proper gurantee to get it repaired/replaced/refunded by the supplier or manufacturer.

Two of my 2GB Creative Zen V + have gone faulty in less than two months. I bought the first one on the 23rd of March and returned that because it had a faulty screen. I got a new replacement on the 4/04/07 and that has gone faulty today. The screen has gone it just blank so i will need to return it to Play.com for a refund.
I am glad that i didn't buy this from Ebay.
I am really disappointed by this player. I really liked it when it worked but i do not think that i am going to chance getting another one of those again. I had an iPod Nano before and that did not give me any problems but i sold it and saved my money and bought the Creative later on with my birthday money. I also wanted to try something different that is why i went with the Creative.
I am bit concerned about the quality control of Creative players now. I think that i may go back to Apple now or try the Samsung player above that somebody else linked to.Last edited on Tuesday May 1st, 2007 18:10 by rachie

| i have finally decided to upgrade my 1gb matsui to a 30gb video ipod. i hav eordered it i just hope its worth the money

as for my order, i ordered thru a friend and it never reached. each time i asked about it she said it will be nx wk. so a month later and almost away time. i have bought a 4gb ipod nano. i wont be able to put my whole cd collection on it but i will be able to get quite a few songs.
by nx yr i will get a 30gb or just go for an 80 all depends really as my nx tech buy is a new family pc
Question.....is itunes simple to use and woill it stop me putting certain cds on my ipod?
