Microsoft-Google battle heats up
Microsoft's chief executive vowed to "kill Google" in an expletive-laden tirade against the firm, according to US court documents filed by Google.

now all we need is for google to start making operating systems and then microsoft will be really really scared.

Google is not concerned with Microsoft.
Even though it appears that Google may be spreading itself thin with all of the services it currently offers as well as all of the stuff still in development, there is one common factor with all of it. It all works. Just about everything that Google has released worked when it was first released, and they keep adding to it. And everything else they add works even better. That cannot be said for more than a handful (if any) of Microsoft's products.
