Has anyone used this ?
Its anti Virus / Anti Spyware / Firewall etc bundle for £79.99 for 3 years worth of updates etc.
These day I guess you cant be tooo careful.
So is this the market leader or is there a better product out there you would recomend ?

| I always found the virus checker to be the best but better anti-spyware and firewall stuff's available free.

I downloaded them for free, but yeah I think they are pretty good.
BTW, you had the McAfee with the blue icon, you need to get atleast the 2005 one with the red icon.
I had the blue one, but it didnt recognise some of the new viruses, I downloaded the red on (2005) recently and it digged up 13 viruses.

Well in the end I did not get the Mcaffe !!!
Blueyonder offer a PC Guard Suite for free.
Im still not sure so im looking at other options.
The Macafe is still an option or I was thinking of a package I heard of called kaspersky.
What say you people ?
Whats the best package to protect your machine ?

well, the popular brand name seems to be attractive, because they rip people money and they set up a continuing scheme to get money from their client periodically by having expiring date of licenses.
I am using "Avart" which is fully complete and is free for home user... they quite good

I need some recomendations for a FIRE WALL & POP UP BLOCKER !!!
One suggestion is Zone Alarm BUT I heard it is pretty intense & can slow up your system.

Google toolbar is quite good for pop up blocker and it free, the Avart anti virus is quite good for pop up blocker, it treat them as commecial pop up and spyware, I have used AVG before it not that bad .... But don't spend money for this sorfware if you have enough to spend ok
