Good news for the bros and sis's and bad news for WHITEY!!
6 million people emigrated to U.S last year and 2.6 million of them (over 40 percent) were Black. This is good news. If we can convince more and more of our fellow brothers and sisters from across the globe to come to America then we will become a more and more powerful force. Here are some stats. The government tends to underestimate the black population as admittedly a high proportion are illegals.
Nigeria =1 million
Ghana= 540.000
Sudan= 405.00
Somalia= 250.000
Jamaica= 130.000

To all the black people out there what identity/ ethnicity do you bond with the most.
African-americans are you black first or are you american first? Would you say you had more in common with a black English person or a white american person?
The same question applies to Black Brits, Frenchies, Candians, Africans etc..........

I deduce that Black people and white people are the tallest races in the world. Oriental Asians/Pacific Islanders arer unquestionably the shortest race/group ON AVERAGE. I would say their men are about 5' 8"-ish on average. Arabs and South Asians are only slightly taller whilst i would guess that Black and white men are around 5'11 or 6' on average. Out of the two i'm not quick sure who pips it.
In terms of muscular definition i would defo have to say Black men but height i'm stumped.
what do you think???

I'm mixed-race and that identity is a funny one sometimes. Generally the coloured complexion of your skin along with your ethnic appearance makes it seem to the world as though you are black. Many mixed-race celebrties (i.e halle berry) are callously reffered to as black but technically their not. I'm not sure which identity is mine. I dont want to deny that i'm half-white and i know that my mum (white parent) certainly wouldnt want me to do that and totally embrace blackness. apparently alot of countries in latin america people proudly embrace the term "mulatto" and dont class themselves as black. This doesnt seem to be the case in amercia.
what do you think on the matter Breadrins???

I sometimes think the term african amercian is stupid. you dont hear white people saying they are European american. They tend to embrace their specific ethnicty i.e Irish, Italian, German, English, Polish etc...
i know that because of the slave trade many balck people dont know exactly where they orignate from but wouldn't it be nice if you could gain a more specific identity than the vague "african" title.
I would like to hear more titles such as Nigerian-American, Ghanian-american, Senagalese-american or even Jamaican-american (although Jamaicans also trace their ancestry ultimately back to Africa). Maybe more Blacks should attempt to find out their roots (if possible). It is known that the vast majority of Afro-americans originate from West Africa (obviously being closer to the americas) and i should therefore imagine that Nigerian would be a large ethnicity.

It is one thing term a mixed-race person black but some people (probably ignorant ones) term anyone of colour as Black, even if they have zero african ancestry. Many people refer to South Asians and even middle easteners as Black just because they may happen to have a dark complexion. I find this quite annoying when you can clearly see that the person is Indian or P*kistani etc...
However in some instances you do get very dark-skinned indian people who are the same colour as a black person. So maybe it could be argued that they could be reffered to as "Black" in the same way that some lighter-skinned ones could be reffered to as "brown".
Whats your opinions on this?

I've read some threads here and it strikes me as funny the hoopla men rise up about women that marry for money. May I give a theory as to why.
Well it started thousands of years ago when men decided that wealth could only be inherited through the male strains of the family. When it was decided that the wealth would be passed on to uncles and cousins even! rather then the female members left behind. To enforce this men put draconian laws in places to legally sanction their misogyny.
It was maintained by the work place ethic by not allowing women to work in certain industries and curtailing a females right to be promoted, Rena gating them instead to the ranks of admin. And paying women less for doing the same job as a man (something that hasn't changed even after the sex discrimination law was laid down in 1976)
All men do is weep about it but the desire to ascertain a mans desirability through his wallet is simply a repercussion from with holding from women the financial means to maintain ourselves.
