Read the crap above, you think people like this have a good affect on our race and the sterotypical view it is given? Isnt it our responsibility now as the new future parents of this world to educate our children not to hate. I'm sorry but i cannot completely agree with both your arguments.
I agree that black men are with white girls for reasons other than sex and money. But saying that blk men are easily led and dumb-minded when it comes to the white women is a joke!
Men on the whole are the ones who chase...the white women just is Much easier to be caught. She has not got the stigma attached to her character of "the stong woman" like many sistas have she also has not got the "attitude" associated with many sistas these days. These things make her an ideal perfect catch for ANY male. and thus the term "easy"...i guess there is some truth in this statement. White girls are easier to approach..etc. I'M not trying to justify blk mens preferences for chosing white women, just highlighting some of the possible reasons. SOME sistas walk around as if they are to good for anyone....In this modern day sistas and brothas face many challenges ,like it or not live in a white world were on occasions we must compromise our "blackness" to get ahead...e.g brothas toning down their behaviour when around whites esp. in a business environment... we are in competition with the "natives" this goes with all aspects of society, and especially in the dating game...people will always chose the EASY option...something brothas and sistas must think about.
I THINK both of you are giving the the white man too MUCH CREDIT. I don't think the man will reign supreme...and he does not have as much respect as many make out. Its not his plan to divide our community and make the blk man a fool. Both sistas and brothas must take responsibility for their own actions. WE as a community are producing these men AND women who are dating and marrying "outsiders"unless we change the way we THINK, this will continue.

Personally, I don't love the fact that so many sistaz are strong and "running" their families.
I think it's one of the major problems in the black community because it's getting to the point where our women are so strong that they no longer need us.

I don't admire strength, aggressiveness, courage, or endurance in a woman.
Aggressiveness i can understand, but why would you want a weak, fearful, women that gives up easily??
I know she HAS to do these things sometimes because no one else will do them for her...but still...it's not something I find attractive about our women.

To be honest...the only thing I find attractive about most MODERN black women is her body.
That is sad that that is all you can see, all our gifts and you can only see a body. That does not say a lot about what you think about us.
All this "know thyself" New Age spiritual awarness so many sistaz are partaking in and all this financial and emotional strengthening they're trying to develop is starting to take it's toll.
EVERYONE should know themself and have spiritual awareness / financial/ emotional strengthening.
Women must be taught from childhood what MEN find attractive...not what they think men SHOULD find attractive.
Not all men find the same thing attractive, and we are going to have to disagree on that one!!!You teach your daughter what all men find attractive and you will end up with someone who will do anything to please a man. Women are not just here for men, otherwise we would not have our own feelings /wants / desires / opinions. By this statement alone you are underestimating us completely.
We should be a modern woman when it is time to work / buy property /drive nice cars / have our own money / look good / go halves on the bills, but we should be old fashioned when time to cook and bring your food on a tray / clean the house / raise the kids / as no questions ??

I don't know if your comments are personal or religious, but i don't agree at all. If women were how you wanted them to be, we would not amount to much.

Attention participants of this Thread two important bits of information:
1. If racist material is posted on this site it would be helpful if you didn't reply to these plonkers and second if you could instead notify either a moderator or Admin via the pm..so that we can remove such messages..
2. Next important point it our expectation that people debate not insult or abuse people with the over use of expletives...on the understanding that everyone participating on this particular discussion has an education, i would be very grateful if people could use it. instead of constantly swearing at or after people all the time.. Apart from being extremely boring to read its makes people appear ignorant and illiterate..

In case u were not aware Jermaine we did not have a CHOICE in learning english. I mean did we all seriously DECIDE to learn english? No, we were made to learn it from generations past. So along with ur ''maturity'' i suggest u start typing sentences that actually make SENSE.

Nobody is suggesting that, but the basis that racism stemmed from still exists in the world today. It is not so obvious-it cannot be, there r 2 many laws (which are often used as a cover up n e way). It is more covert than overt these days. And ur looking in the wrong places, im looking at the government those in charge of running huge capitalist societies, the high-powered jobs, im looking at those who control the media .Basically those with the power! (Most of those empires were built on slavery!) Not just ''street'' ppl.
 It amazes me how ppl keep harping on about black ppl going on about slavery i.e. their history, yet u cant away from learning, for example, about the holocaust. It's a part of the Jewish history and they r not penalised or made to feel as if it is a taboo subject and yet we r-the worst thing is that black ppl willingly go along with this way of thinking. Hello Stealth I think you are missing the point!!
As you said easy sex and money top the list for having a white woman!!
Now look deeper and tell me why black men put these as priorities ...shouldnt love be the reason you are attracted to women...especially of another race...shouldnt it be the fact that you connect with this person and a spritual, physical and emotionally level!!
The problem is when you turn on the TV, flip through a magazine, listen to the radio...the blond bombshell is hailed as beautiful!! How can you say that this image that is thrown in your face does not affect you descion to choose your potential partner...If you asked a black man who they found attrcative they would give you a list of white women ranging from Pamela Anderson to Britney Spears, J-Lo etc etc They would give a list of A-list celebrities, who have been carefully packaged and promoted to a universal audience...the black man just happens to be a portion of this target group and would happily buy into this!! They start lusting after these women, and worship them as Goddesses, remember these are women whom the white man has deemed beautiful and this is why in American and British dispora many black men have white women on their arms!!
Throughout history women have always been the submissive characters whose job has been to take care of the children and the home...they have always been taken care of...these women whom are promoted by the media as beautiful didnt use their brains to get where they are now, they dont need to, in a sense they are just puppets who have been taught how to talk, act, walk say etc...Is this why the black man does not admire the 'strong independant woman attitude' often associated with black women, because its not a charcteristic associated with white women?
