| hi guys, well there is this manager at work that i have liked for about 2 months. At first we did not speak at lot but when we did i started to like him. Anyways , about 3 weeks ago my friend at work tells me that my manager likes someone , at this point i was embarassed because i thought he liked someone else. It turned out that he liked me he said that i was "really pretty" but the only thing that put him off was the fact that "i smoked". erm, we did get on like a house on fire, he was often jealous when i spoke to other guys at work and guys that chatted me up. Whenever i ask a manager to do something for me, he always jumps up at the chance. when at work he never leaves me alone always coming near me chatting. Recently i have been cheeky and he told me i have been horrible to him, yesterday he did not pay me as much attention as he usually does he was speaking to someone else a lot, and there is another girl who likes him at work, she was there till late talking to him and then went home. Now when i was going home he says "i will walk with you" and when we were walking he says something horrible and i says "why are u being horrible to me" he says are u upset? i say "yes" and he says "why cant you show the same compassion in work , " i say to him " i dont mean to be cheeky" and that was it. my co-workers said to me that i fancy the manager in front of him and he looked embarassed and i did not confirm or deny it! "he then says why did u not deny it"? i just laughed. Sorry for the essay but i just wanna know if he still likes me or not. i know we cannot do anything while we both still work there but it is still worth a thought! thanx

Your manager is caucasian right ?  and you come on blacknet to find out if an exploitative caucasian likes you and asking advice on here.
Don't worry if he his anything like his forefathers, he will use you. I mean he got you right where he wants you for 8 hours of the day looking up to massa !

Oh dear! stupid thread,
You must be young,
If i were you i would be more concerned when he starts getting bored of you and then discards you like a piece of rubbish and sacks your ar*e.
At the end of the day,you are there to work and earn your money not get into a relationship with the manager of all people, if he fancies you so what, keep it platonic and low key don,t let him know you fancy him either.Play It Cool.
He sounds like a tw*t anyway!!!

Although you try to act like it isn't the case, I wonder why you have such a beat-down estimation of yourself. Seems like you don't have any direction or opinion of yourself outside of men's thought about you.
And an obvious point which is ironic, you insulting me (possibly me since you didn't direct your comments to anyone) doesn't mean anything since I don't rate you in any appreciable way. So, why bother with the insults? Funnily I tried to piss you of and did it very easily, and once previously I even let you know that's what I was trying to do, but you just fell for the bait.
Why do it again since I know what your insults are intending to do?

Nah not really. But I gotta commend you on your use of language. I can tell your really trying to use niggely nasty language that would really upset me. In addition to that it seems like your probably not going to get any advice for your problem which is a real shame.
