would like to introduce the world to my niece Candice. Let me tell you…of course I’m going to sing her praises, I’m her Uncle. But what I say about her is true. Now let me tell you if you met my niece, you have also met my sister. Her words, her mannerisms, her joy, and her understanding of her responsibility as the oldest child.
Now Candice is cocky, arrogant, Pompous, Pretentious, Pushy, Puffed-up and sometimes quick tempered. (notice any similarities)? A friend of mine was listening to her argue with some man and my fried looked at me and said “If she needs help will she call for you�…I said “Yeah right, she won’t call for me, by the time I get over there she’ll already have punched the guy in the face� That’s my number 1. FEARLESS, and strong.
But she is also intelligent. She’s also hungry. She is able to carry on a conversation about 50 cent, and politics and not miss a beat. She’s the oldest, and I call her my number 1. I am so proud of her, as proud as any Uncle could be. She is becoming the type of woman I always knew she could……but even I had some doubts. She got pregnant and I was angry and dissapointed. (REALLY ANGRY AND DISSAPPOINTED) I'll be she doesn't even remember she said to me "Come on Uncle, just trust me"...and I hope she believes me when I say that I did and do trust her.
She is a single mother of my great neice Deja. And damn good mother. She teaches her daughter respect, (for herself and other people) and you will never see either of them outside of their home, unpresentable. (Umm, you will never catch her dead in some pajama's or looking a hot mess.) Everything she does, every goal she attempts she ALWAYS, ALWAYS ALWAYS, asks herself “How will this impact my daughter� Shiiiiiit, most grown women don’t do that. She’s always knows that I’m a just a phone call or Western Union away…yet, she only calls to say “Hi Uncle and I love you�. (or to tell me she was snitching on me to my older sister when I did something) She wanted to make her way, with her own sweat, and on her own dime. She always listens to me (even if she doesn’t do what I tell her…which is fine), she knows that what I am telling her is something she needs to hear. She’s never cursed at me, never disrespected me……and she’s a great older sister.
She hasn’t always made the best choices in men. Better put, she's not always made the choices I would have made. Pfft, I basically haven’t liked anyone she’s dated…I mean she’s still my baby, but the man she is with now I like him, and I don’t think I’ve ever said that before. I like him. He’s about doing something more than just saying he’s doing something. And more important than that I respect him. (Until he gives me reason not too) When she first told me about him she said “Please don’t do anything to this one, he’s actually taking care of business�…….I WAS SHOCKED, AS IF I WOULD EVER DO ANYTHING THAT WOULD HARM ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.
She’s 24, working on her singing career, she’s also opening her own clothing store, HEAT! she’s also thinking about dabbling into modeling…and more important then all of that!!! She just bought her first home! Wooooooooo let me tell you.
She has a beautiful voice, and if you’ve heard the sound of warm rain, falling through the trees in the summer time…….you’ve heard how beautiful she is.
I am proud of her, I love her……………and I respect her.

I made the statement that, "All the nasty things you said to me would come back on you and your family". Little did I know this was true. You beated me up about being a single Mother than I see this  . I guess this statement you made to me doesn't refer to your Niece, You are a typicle, dirty, trifle, sorry, pathetic, living, breathing, walking sperm depository. Used and thrown away. You amount to a mistake of three generations. That fact you were f**ked by a black man...CHANGES NOTHING, you still f**king failed. You get no kudus because you dick you sat on was black......but still have fatherless children. You are a statistic, another weak minded waste of air and a good condom. You are common sister, and if your are college educated., (like I believe your simple ass as a graduate degree)". But you tear me down over the exact same thing your Niece did? And you down me for trying to move forward with my life, and pursue my Degree? But your niece is moving forward to living her dream, and doing well for herself... which is the same thing I'm striving towards. You say I'm "ghetto", but I wouldn't go around punching people in the face. How you snapped on my looks, and insinuated I was a whore because I'm a single Mom... Your Niece doesn't look any different from the Black women you seem to have a profound disgust against.
