INTERRACIAL RELATIONSHIPS
Sorry if this has been brought up before, I just wanted to get people's opinions on the subject, as some things that I heard over the weekend that suprised me.
So I've started dating this girl. She's smart, sexy, confident and genuinly cares about me and believes in me. And yes, she's white. I'm chilling with one of my boys the other day and I ask him what he thinks of her. My friend goes, "Yeah, she's cool, but I don't do white girls".
This kinda bothered me, so I bring the subject up again with my cousin later on and she says, "Well, there's a saying, have fun while your young, but when your old, marry your own". I'm like, WTF? She continues, "Personally, I think black peolple who date outside their race are sell-outs. White girls are taking away the few good black men out there. Look at most sucsessful Black men and you'll see most of them date White girls. Especially footballers."
ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?
Does anyone really agree with this? Are Black people who date outside their race 'Sell-outs'? Am I the only one who thinks it's a little hypocritical that were all for racial harmony and peace amongst all races, but we condone people who don't define someone's beauty by their race?
