Although many people tend to turn their heads to lighter-skinned people more often, I think that beauty is more about skin tone & complexion rather than skin color. Here are a few examples of relatively well-known people who are only considered celebrity-hot when they have good skin tone. These people may be attractive in real life, but this just shows how far skin tone & complexion goes...
