Dnika Ramirez is the Texas winner of the BlackMens Magazine Model Search Competition. Look out for her in an upcoming issue of the magazine, as well as a music video.
Then again this is the same magazine(Black Men's Magazine) who had a white latina, Vida Guerra, as their hottest woman. I don't understand black men at all.

I despair, i really do... Can you ever imagine a black woman winning a competition for white men?
Grrrr! even if they mad at black women or simply don't find black women attractive at least they must care about maintaining their self respect... boyyy there is one thing for lusting after a pork that used to get your pee pee castrated in private but to do it in public... grrrr they might as well hand over their man hood.

It's bad enough 'Black' Men's magazine fill up most of their pages of females that are anything BUT African....but to have a Latino or some bi-racial chick on almost every other front cover is just messed up. I know for a fact that some brothas in the States have written to them about this but of course their letters never get printed.

But what gets me more than anything is the arrogance and self assuredness of these Woman that enter this competition KNOWING that they could win,why do you think that is???
It's because they know they are worshipped.
Do you think an African woman could enter a competition in say GQ knowing that she'd win???
It beggars belief really.

| I for one was shocked. However, as soon as I saw these photo's my mid starting thinking 'who actually owns this mag, i mean not the editor but the publisher?'. Do you really believe the result? Do you honestly believe that most black men voted for that white girl? Well I DON'T. I have faith that my AA's would not do that to me, to their female relatives and friends, to the black race. I honestly, genuinely do not believe this result. It was put there to further humiliate us and to make us know whose boss. I KNOW that black men did not make that trailer-trasher No1 above all those sisters, the white owners did. Don't buy into the lie that all black men prefer white women its BS for real.

And psychologically what does this do to the ACTUAL AFRICAN women who entered this competition??
Well I would hazard a guess that the fall-out from something like this would be that said African woman would go tomore extremes to Europeanize herself as she realizes that her beauty will never be good enough especially for her own men.

Look at the black woman to the left of the black model, LOL, I made quite a similar face when I saw that pic.
It's not just a matter of who runs it though, it's a matter of those black people involved allowing this to happen in the first place. I see black faces, therein they making a conscious decision to be part of the chupidness.

What pisses me off is that if we were to write to the magazine and complain about this, the above statement is what they would give us. Those people picked that woman knowing full well that they could get away with it because of her Spanish last name. Even though you couldn't pick her out from a line up of white women, this woman passed the bill because technically, she's a Latina and in American society it's okay for a black man to be with a white Hispanic but not a European white woman. Truely I think I've become so desensitized to this level of cooning from so many black men in the media that now I'm even surprised when I don't see it.

What rubs me the wrong way is that all the sistahs in these two pictures look way better than those two plain faced mongrels.
