Have you had any negative experiences with the police anywhere in the World?

What is wrong with this picture of the alert guards?

Determination: A determined police officer, determined to issue his ticket come shine or rain.
Observing the dramatic spectacle with obvious surprise, are two passer-by who must be wondering what was happening. The officer dived on the Golf when its driver refused to stop to “explain why the disciplinary action should not be taken against him� for his offence.
 As the police hung dangerously on the bonnet, the driver continued to move in the reverse gear in a zigzag fashion, trying to shake him off. For more than 100 metres, the driver fiercely continued to try and dispose of his� unwanted cargo� but the sergeant held on. It took frantic hand waves from on lookers to signal the driver to stop for the policeman to get down. And when he stopped, the driver sped off and vanished into thin air, but thankfully somebody took the car number.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 A man was going around 1.00am alone in his car and got to the Teshie-Nungua checkpoint in Accra. The police man stopped him and asked for everything which he gave out. The police had nothing to ask again, in order to charge him. Guess what the police man said? "I dey charge you for driving alone at this time of the day, if you get accident now who go tell your people ?" The man replied: I'm not alone, Jesus Christ is with me here. Angel Gabriel, Angel Rapheal, Angel Micheal and five angels are also with me. The police man said: "All these people inside this your small car ? I charge you for overloading". The man replied: Massa, they are just here in spirit
"Spirit? Apeteshie or Pito? You're now charged with Driving Under the influence and overloading."

Diplomatic war in the making. Police action nearly caused a diplomatic incident here.
Thomas Nkono, Cameroons goalkeeper was beaten mercilessly by police after he was involved in a pitch-side fight with Malian police shortly before his team played the hosts in the semi-finals of the Nations Cup. Police doing their thing again. One is standing in front of the car to make sure the driver does not get away while the other asks for.....
Special Operation Division publicly flogged more than 50 bus drivers and some passengers earlier this week. The incident took place when the victims refused to pay bribes to pass police checkpoints. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Speeding will get you a ticket.

you see cops from all over doing madness like shooting jumping on cars lounging etc

I am looking at the pictures and thinking WT* .
The guy starts a thread headed 'African police on a typical day', then post all these photos to denote negative behaviour by the police. Take note that these are photos which cannot be viewed in any context other than the negative one the poster wishes us to infer, because we are not given any detail about the real story behind the pictures.
I consider this a very sly tactic. Who is to say that the police in say, the incidence where they are trying to stop a car from proceeding are not doing so for very litigimate reasons? Yet the poster wants us to infer that this is a typical example of the wayward behaviour of African police.
Hmm very sly indeed.
