"The coldest winter ever" by Sister Souljah.This is the #1 book i would recommend.
This book is an amazing book that everyone should read.If you haven't read it get off ur ass and run to the book store.lol.This book gives off a sense of reality and suspense.Once you start to read it you won't want to put it down.It's about a girl who is the daughter of a drug dealer and she's sort of the street girl type. The book goes about her daily life and what she goes through.Trust me it's a book you would want to read.

I have that book...I haven't read it yet but I heard great things about it....another book I would highly recommend is NO DISRESPECT also by Sister Souljah...it's actually an autobiography....it's a page turner....i promise you that you won't put it down til it's done....you should definitely read it.

I have also read the coldest winter ever, and I must agree it is a really good read. I read it in one sitting, in a 4 hour shift @ work, (i am quite a fast reader!), but it was really excellent. Sista Soulja really gets into the minds of characters, it was sad, shocking, funny etc, etc. Really, really good!

hey kyla,
girl you should pick up that book and satrt reading...lol..personally it's my faavorite book but i heard of "no disrespect" but i didn't get a chance to check it out yet.I heard that's also a good book.

yea i am i ment to read it over my break but i left it in my apartment and i'm at my parent's house now which is 2 1/2 hours away...so i'm going to wait until i go back

Sister Souljah is one of the most aspiring writers, especially after reading her autobiography.When you read of all the strife she went through and the relationships she dealt with, you know that you life really sin't that bad.
At the moment she is in the middle of writing the coldest winter ever pt 2, and there is talks of making a movie of the 1st, with halle berry as winter.
