Its about a black Amercian leader of a radical group, in the Malcolm or Martin mould. He is coming to London to give a speech in which he claims he has evidence of a scandal which will shake the western governments to the core.
A black detective in London is put in charge of protecting him and he discovers that MI5 and other governments who are also part of his security team, are the ones trying to kill him. He has to keep the professor alive long enough to give the speech..
DAMN I probably gave away most of the story LOL...
The relationship between the detective and the professor is edgy and the tensions with the professors own personel as well are very well handeled. The scheming and politics is interesting too.
I recommend it, has anybody read it?? What did you think?

Nah sis it's a work of fiction!! It's set in 2015. I dont know why, because there is nothing sci fi or furturistic in the book at all...

I read this book about 4 years ago, when it first came out.
Yes, it's a good read, and I liked Kalu's vision of the future.
I recommend it.
