WORD?
Thanks to my local library I have whizzed through this book, once or twice. I have Anita Roddicks other book on globalization a bit of a montage really called Take It Personally.
But in this book you recommend Business As Usual, I was struck by the remarks Anita was making about how she felt like an outsider living in the UK, and how she feels her outside-ness was her drive for her ethical marketing that she is known for.
She also speaks on another page, about the need for kids to be in clubs while they are at school. They need to learn how to be in a group that stands for something early, she says. She gave some pretty sound reasons for that. The girl is a radical. Nice recommendation.

I'd have to track down the book now to know what you mean by what women would not agree with. But as we are talking about the CEO (EX-CEO), of the Body Shop could it be that you are talking about her view towards cosmetics? Or is it more personal like her view towards the woman's role in society?
By the way it would be interesting to know if you recognise the parts of the book I made a mention of. Im sure they are in there somewhere. Oh yeah and when I spoke about her desire for more kids to be in clubs, I meant to say school-community after school kind of clubs, just in case.
