i havn't read the book myself... i'm not saying it's going to be mysogynistic...but just for the sake of it.... i'd like to say that whther it be in relationships, media, as models, in the workplace whatever... it's 'co-exploitation' i mean... what do you think women have to do to exploit?... be exploited, of course... i think it is a reciprocating concept.
the obvious subject of extortion is money.. i would't say it's extortion , because the men know exactly what they are paying for..and they must want it bad... so pay for it... hence it must be worth it.. as they have paid for it...willingly...
