This is just a tongue in cheek post to detract from the why cant I get a man/women posts running riot here.

There are certain common slangs that alot of people use. However, certain peeps have there own slang, usually a dictionary term used in a certain way

Here are a couple of mine

Cheerleader = girl/boy who feeds there partners ego
Paperweight = someone you go out with just to pass the time
Bootleg = anything that is poor quality( film, clothes, etc)

Thats just a few that I use regurlarly, if anyone has there own slang feel free to post

This is neat CashMoney.
Let's see...,
My mother uses this one quite a lot and so I have kinda taken it on myself.
Bought Sense is when you make a mistake and have to pay for it monetarily or some other way, even though you knew better than to make the mistake, or someone tried to stop you from making an obvious mistake but you forged ahead anyway and so it ends up costing you.
It's like another way of saying I told you so, or learning a lesson the hard way.blkrainbowfro

how about....

when I see a nice big SUV or BIG BODY BMW or BENZ.... I used to say that the car had BASS, because it reminds me of music that has alot of bass, it gets your attention.

also if the kind of music that lifts your spirits and gets you going, especially in the mornings, I used to call it caffeine.

one of my girlfriend always uses this one in her sentences...ex.  "when she found out her man was cheating on her she was 'blowed' ....meaning like just blown away, or shocked ie. upset.

@ cashmoney....I like that 'paperweight' one, gonna start using that one!

Hi Cash....
A lot of us southerners tend to talk very funny to others, LOL!

An instance in which one would use that phrase is like this....

what's up with Tom? Does he have a job yet?

Oh please, you know Tom ain't hittin' a lick at a snake!

So Cash, it's just another way of saying someone has no goals or ambition, basically not doing anything with his or her life.

Jokes! - I like that!! Must remember it.

Here's a couple that are more a little 'local' slang that me and my spars used to use but I dont hear anyone else use these anywhere else (although correct me if you have...)

Bugless - Ugly (she is BUG-LESS!)

Tun - can mean either 'nasty' or 'madness' depending on the context

Bobby Orange -  B.O. ... Bwoy him stink of Bobby orange!

@ Cashmoney

I like the pantomime beef one (know plenty folk like that!!)

i will give you three of mine :

1}Anchor spreadable: a really ugly person

This originated from the word Butters, then moved on to brands of butter. If they are spreadable that means they are beyond the average butter. lol

2} (not for the prude!!!!)    Teety: a man with a small lunchbox

This originated from petitey, which originated from petite-hood.

3} Sulphur pits: Someone with a BAD BO problem

or we would just make a statement like "The brothers arm just kick me down!!!!!"

Peace~
