The creative work of The Jupiter Drawing Room Cape Town, the ad has been flighted during the course of February and is the graphic real-life account of Isidingo actress and rape-survivor Tinah Mnumzane.

Tinah boldly and unflinchingly describes how she was raped for the first time at the age of eight years old. Loading a bullet into a revolver, she continues with her story. Tinah, a well known South African celebrity, has survived rape six times.

As she recounts the various intervals in her life at which she fell prey to sexual abusers, her gun is filled with bullets.

Tinah's closing statement is a shocking truth, sure to have audiences gasping, and the reality of millions of South African women hitting home.

"I feel that, as a woman, the reality is that one rape is one rape too many," says Sheilla Khubeka. "It was an honour for me to have been approached to be a part of the process of raising public awareness about the rape crisis in South Africa."

"Working with Tinah was inspirational, she gave the commercial its depth, and has not let her experiences dictate her life, or govern who she is," comments Sheilla.

Previous advertisements for the "Real Men Don't Rape" campaign have included ads featuring such South African superstars as Charlize Theron.

Each advertisement in the campaign is made at the cost of the production house and advertising agency. Time and expertise are given freely to draw attention to the massive job faced by POWA (People Opposing Women Abuse) and the Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust in helping those who have suffered inexplicable horrors at the mercy of rapists and abusers.

POWA is an initiative that aims to raise awareness about the plight of women in South Africa, many of whom are victims of violent sexual crimes.

Kevan Aspoas, Managing Director of The Jupiter Drawing Room Cape Town feels that: "South Africans need to change their perceptions surrounding the rape issue in this country. As a company, Jupiter Cape Town has made a ten year commitment to shine a spotlight on the situation faced by so many women."

"It's about time South African men take responsibility for the role they can play in preventing such violent human atrocities as rape from occurring. This is an issue of which we can all take ownership. As a society, we need to become active in the discussion of a solution to the problem," says Aspoas.

Kobe Bryant's Accuser:

Kobe's in tight corner in rape case

They have Kobe Bryant's DNA and his admission that he had sex with the 19-year-old Colorado woman who accused him of rape.  They have the rape kit that was administered to the woman shortly after the alleged attack to analyze any bodily fluids, bruises and fibers for clues, although the results have not been made public.  (NY Daily News)   RELATED:   Detective details alleged rape in Kobe hearing

Bryant, accuser had consensual contact; she didn't OK intercourse

ABC News and the Vail Daily, citing anonymous sources, reported that Bryant and the woman had some consensual sexual contact but that she did not agree to have intercourse with him.

The network also said the woman, a concierge at the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, was in Bryant's room for less than a half hour. Both ABC and the Vail paper reported that Bryant gave inconsistent statements to Eagle County authorities. (Court TV)  RELATED:  Kobe DA shuts access to his office

Kobe makes court appearance on sexual assault charge

EAGLE, Colo. -  Weathering the gale of a media frenzy, NBA superstar Kobe Bryant  appeared in court Wednesday on a sexual assault charge, standing quietly beside his attorneys during a seven-minute hearing in this quiet mountain town.  Eagle County Judge Frederick Gannett  set an Oct. 9 preliminary hearing to determine whether the case will go to trial. The hearing would be one day after a Lakers' preseason game and about three weeks before the start of the regular season.  (FOX News)

Investigators under fire in Bryant case

According to reports, one of the investigators from the sheriff's office that stitched together the case against the Los Angeles Lakers star was among 19 deputies named in a racial profiling lawsuit brought against the state of Colorado and Eagle County, by the American Civil Liberties Union back in the 1990s.  (FOX News)

Some legal experts are saying Eagle County, Colo., Sheriff Joe Hoy acted prematurely when he arrested Kobe Bryant before the district attorney had filed charges against the Los Angeles Lakers star in a sexual assault case. Why would a sensible and educated man feel the need to rape a woman? Is it unresolved issues that exist within himself, or would he be doing it for the crack to liven up his sex drive or would he see it as if he were punishing the woman for coming across as easy or tarty? I just wonder
