well a lot been said on this thread regarding implants but I personaly don't go for them.
Personaly not wishing to upset the flat chested ladies here but I don't find flat chested women attractive psysicaly. But thats a personal preferance and while I do not there are plenty of men that do so there is someone for everybody. I will be the first to admit that I am a black man who likes his tits and ass in generous portions
However I wouldn't go for a woman with implants as I am one of those brothers who don't like fakeness. Besides I like the feel of a natural soft pendulous breast that hangs naturally ya know the way only a black womans can lol  I have had a feel of implants in the past they dont feel natual at all 
But to all you women who are thinking of having this kind of surgery done to your body lets not forget the problems associated with implants look at that Jordan producing a child that was blind and all the other cases of women having complications due to surgery Implants leaking etc.
Just remember when you play with nature you may not just be affecting yourself but if you plan to have kids you never know the effect it may have on them.
So my advice is learn to love what you have been given by the good lord and stop trying to change yourself in an attempt to gain acceptance or adoration.
Because if you have low self asteem to the point you want to change yourself to be accepted the problem is definately Cognitive in which case you should seek proffesional help.

Well good for you! and you have that choice not to want all the fake items that women bring to the table. But its going to be rather hard ,just about all women have something that is FAKE! Buy the way does fake teeth ( dentures) count? 
I had and have no problem finding sisters to date that were not fake. I married one as a matter of fact.
