You may be attracted to her, she even has a nice body and personality, but her face just isn't quite cute enough. Is that bad?

Sometimes it's best just to just stay single for a while till you learn yourself better. Even if you did think she was pretty it wouldn't make sense to get with anyone if you're just not feeling to.

Because it's not serious or adult. It's barely even a question. You just want what you already think/feel to be validated by others.
If you have a physical preference for a certain type, fine. Why do you need justifiction from others?
I have a certain type, but I don't go posting topics asking others what THEY think so that i can feel good about my preference.
If you don't like ugly girls, fine. You want some faceless, internet strangers to tell you its OK to not like ugly girls, so you can feel good when you reject this girl?
Perhaps if she knew you had posted such an (arguably) infantile topic she would cease to be interested in you, thereby making your interest in her a moot point!!

Do you really think that I am talking about myself whenever I bring up a topic? You see men pass up good women all the time because of superficial constructs like this. I guess there are alot of "infantile" men running around then in your opinion.

At the end of the day, yes, there are alot of juvenile, infantile men out there. Many of them will pass up perfectly good women for ridiculous, superficial reasons.
All i am saying is, for someone who claims to not be talking about himself personally, you sure post alot of topics along similar lines.
And please feel free to correct me if i am wrong, but are you not the same dude who, in another similar thread, said you woud date an ugly woman with a nasty personality simply because she was slim? So you are not so far above the "infantile" superficial men you speak of.

SET,
It weird. Just the other day at the train station, there was this Guatamealan man( In Spanish he told a co-worker that he was from Guatemala) cutting grass and all of the women, including myself( my boyfriend wouldn't like it) was looking at him and saying "Oh my god, take a look at him" " look at that view"" or . "Lord have mercy !!"thing. He was soooo cute. His tan , flawless skin, cat shaped eyes, his black shadow beard/moustache, he was fairly muscular and tall like a model and he had longjet Black ponytail. Also , he had a sexy voice underneath his Spanish. All women of all races was looking at him. One White woman went as far to ask him "Como estas?... soltero or cansado?"( How are you ,.... single or married?). As he completed his work and I guess was going to take a break, all eyes stood at him. That was how fine he was! But as we were looking at him, me and this other Black woman talked and when wondered with a man loking that good, you know he had to be flawed. we wondered was he gay, some kid of psyhco,or he's physically impaired somewhere or he's a major playboy? Maybe I shoulnd't have thought that way, but in this imperfect world, you know that nothing perfect is supposed to be in it and that was what I was thinking about this man. He was super fine, but me and the woman was joking " I bet that the man has women all over the United States and his homeland! I don't know if I want to go with that( If I wasn't unattactched that is).But then again, we don't know the guy , so who are we to judge?
I don't think there is not one person in this world who doesn't want the perfect looking spouse, but in truth, we cannot. These days, I just ask god for a good provider and when I mean by that I just don't mean in finances, I mean for him to be one mentally, spiritually, verbally , emotionally and familally. I ask for these things with thought and experience as I've learned what impresses me about men and what most count in a good man. So far, my boyfriend seems to fit this criteria, but you never know if still may not be the one and still may have someone in store. He could be drop dead gorgeous or no so good looking, but far as myself, though my boyfriend is attractive( at least that is what some women think about him), I was looking for a guy for that reason( as a matter of factly, I intially thought that same thing about him as I did with the man at landscaper at the bus station). He's even gotten some slack for his looks.

I think all of us are superficial to some extent, which is why I don't think the question in this thread is all that juvenile. Whether the guys in the Village are willing to admit it or not, there is at least one physical attribute that is a show-stopper in terms of a relationship for men.

That isn't entirely correct. I said if I had to choose between an ugly-slimmy or a cute-fatty I would probably pick the ugly-slimmy. Now in reality, I don't have to pick between the two...I know plenty of cute-slimmies, or sisters who are just not overweight.
