That's true. And I'm probably going to get in trouble for this, but sometimes you really can't help but admire white people's vindictiveness and shake your head at people who continue to fall for it every time. Their exportation of Christianity and the image of God as a white man worked wonders during colonization and still has far reaching affects now. I was reading this book on the California Indians and how whites created unrest within and between their tribes through Christianity. White people gained control of these people without hardly dirting their fingers. They worked through the Christianized Indians who looked to them as gods because they resembled the image of God the most. These people held raids against their own people. They helped whites to stop numerous rebellions by betraying their comrads simply because they were being told that the non-christianized Indians were heathens and that God would reward them for their actions.
If you get in trouble, I'll be in trouble,too. I don't know whether to attribute the success white people have with their various schemes, to them being very smart, or everyone else being very not so smart. It's not so bad that they are able to get stuff by us once or twice, for a short time, but they've been able to do it over and over again. Sometimes they don't even switch up the strategy(fooling us with old recycled tricks,lol), and many non whites STILL can't peep it.
The image of God that you have in mind is very important and even the ancient Ethiopians recognized this when they adopted Christianty at around the same time that Rome also adopted the religion. These Ethiopians being closer to the time of Jesus must have known that he probably looked more or less like your average middle easterner, but still they depicted Jesus as an Ethiopian. Of course it's important. How are u gonna stand up to a person or a people who you think are the exclusive earthly representations of an all knowing, all seeing, all powerful God? How are you going to knock the sh*t out of them, or put your foot in their ass,when necessary? You can't fight God. Your ARms are too short to Box with God, as the title of one of those African American stage plays stated,lol.
Christianity has been in Ethiopia since the 4th century, longer than in many European countries so why do so many of us readily accept the white image of Jesus but see the black image as blasphomous? Even Chinese christians have adopted a view of Jesus as Asian.
Exactly. They are all just images, none painted during the lifetime of the historical Jesus,so why not have an image that looks remotely like you, if you MUST partake in it? Everyone can quickly perceive the ABSURDITY of Jesus being Black, yet these same fools didn't bat an eye all these years he was being portrayed as and blond haired European. They can believe he was white, no matter how illogical, because white folks have successfuly run their special brand of bullsh*t on everyone else for quite some time now.
That's why I don't care whether we engage in revisionist history or not. Why shouldn't we? White folks can make up all manner of bullsh*t, pull stuff out of their ass and sell it to the rest of the world as FACT. They don't let little things like the truth and historical accuracy, get in THEIR way,lol. Seems to have worked quite well for them, as a matter of fact.

Could you point out to me her features which are European please, I am honestly having trouble seeing it. Just like when people say the same about Iman, I dont see it.
I dont mean to knitpick, but I dont see how someone like Nia long can have what is described as "true" black features, but Sanaa's features are supposedly "European", to me their features are of a similiar type.

I think people liked Sanaa because of love and basketball where she was the cute girl next door. Pretty enough to fall for but not overstunning to be intimidating. Dudes watching pictured themselves with her and she was into sports lol.
Brothers stepped off her in a heartbeat after something new however... kinda like the Wesley backlash after his comments. No way back
To me she don't look the slightest bit European at all
