So I'm sitting at home on my lap top, sick feeling like an ice cold can of death......I fire up the XBox and the first team I'm in are dudes from the UK.
Got me to thinking.......how many of you bruthaz (or sisters) play

To be honest I didn't like it either then I found myself fin Afganastan it was either XBox or watching endless, never ending, hard rock vedios on your time off.
Over, and Over, and Over...ughh, I mean I like all types of music, but we only had 1 DC (Guns and Roses) Over and Over and Over...You get the idea.

I have splinter Cell........and to be straight I didn't see what all the the hype was about, I didn't like it very much at all.
I am not sure if the PS2 as Full Spectrum Warrior, but that game was NIIIIICE, problem is its too short, I aced it in something like 4 days.....
Play any sports games?

The major one in the UK (and most of Europe) is Pro evo soccer.
Simply the best game and most sociable one since Goldeneye N64.
Nothing to test it.
You probably dont watch football though... so 
I supposed you play John Madden and that sort of thing??

You know I'll look it up and see if we have that game for Xbox in the US, I've got over 100 XBox game, brutha I will play just about ANYTHING....
....I don't watch football (soccer).....but if you can stick inside an Xbox, and it has good graphics.......I'll play it.
As far as Halo 2, I have two clans
1 - Delta Force Warriors
2 - Stars and Jacks (4 Brits - 4 Americans) we mainly play on the weekend.
Aside from the ribbin' I give yall.........yall some cool bruthaz really.

Stars and Jacks LOL!! too funny. I havent actually palyed that, I have PS2.
More into RPGs and beat em ups than shooty things. Detest racing car games.
The latest installment of pro evolution soccer is pro evo 4 if you wanna look it up and yes it is available on X box but handles better on PS2.

The clan is about 16 strong pretty much split even down the middle.....and we went around and around about name.....seriously the brits wanted something....hmmmm....Afro-Centric.....but then part of the America crew is white....and the American crew wanted something Military (uggh) most are my boys.
so in the end the onlything we could come up with that was OK with everyone was Stars and Jack (kind of gay)
But the game play is AWESOME....and its fun as hell.
*sniff* *snif* I'm only alotted 2 games a month from the Ms. ha ha ha, so next month I'll be sure to pick it up.
I'm always on the look out for new games
RPG's.......nah.....not me, requires too much "learning" the game, I want to sit down, fall on my face for a few rounds........and then PLAY.

I thought the same thing until I played it. I played Halo 1 we were in the middle east and bought some XBoxes from some British Military Transportation Unit. Had the entire base wired.......4 boxes, 16 peopl.
We'd go out on 24 hours mission, come back and play 10 hours of X box.......With Xbox live Halo is unbelievable.....I never was a gamer until I played XBox.
Actually I was a Command and Conquer FANATIC at one time.....

I might get Halo 2 at some point. My BtBroadband is being increased to 2000kps instead of the useral 576kps within the next month or so, so I'll just simply kick arse on that too. I haven't the time to play games right now though.
And yes HalfLife 2 is much much better.
Actually everybody on BT broadband is having their bandwidth increased by 4 times anyway. I'm building a new rig soon anyway as I need this computer for work.
I'm guessing the upload rate is being increased also so the ping rate will be better. Then it might actually be worth playing people from overseas, with no lag whatsoever..
And the Xbox pisses all over the PS2.
Xbox 2 is out in November anyway.

ok, this thread could go on & on ...Guys, for the ultimate exotic gaming experience, you need a PC !!!! Best games, graphics, expansions, advanced AI,...
Only downside is spending money to keep up with advancements in technology, but to be honest, the prices keep falling & the games keep getting even better.....
Metal Gear Solid , GTA & other PS2 & XBox titles will be ported over to the PC anyway,
2 more games coming out exclusively on PC this year...F.E.A.R.: ( see pics below)

4 real !!!! Good replay value as you can play it both dark & light side & experience different scenarios...
Incidentally, another great RPG is Vampire:Bloodlines...great story, best character acting in any game, has an extreme "Adult " theme through out though....

Yeah the second one is fantastic. I'm playing it already for the second time, as the darkside this time mind. I'm trying get the damn character as my avatar.
One amazing game. In fact I'm more impressed by the scripting of it.

Don't underestimate the XBOX 2, it will surprise some people, this time around I think the Japanese market will lap it right up. Microsoft being who they are have already brought a few Japanese developers up. Especiallt since the Japs like their RPGS.
I'm looking forward to Stalker as well, shown in one of the pictures here.
I've got another PC to build by the looks of that however.
