over here its pro evo soccer all the way man!!
but can you play intermnationally on line? ive never really got into the online console games...

I'm not sure, depends on how it's configured I guess. I know once you do log on the regional forums only say east coast and west coast and there are about 2 or 3 forums each for both coasts. I know people from Canada log in all the time, but no one would know because the forums/rooms only specify US regions.
